Just a Word

Hey bloggers...just grabbing a quick minute to post a little something...

If today is any indication of what my next 50 years are going to be like, then I really am going to have "a wonderful life"!

Don't have time to talk...let me just say that God is real, and that today my path made sense like it never has before...today all the pieces fit...today I knew what it meant to walk in my destiny...

"Let the river run...let all the dreamers wake the nations...come, the New Jerusalem!"

Bishop, have you ever thought about writing a suspence novel? This carrot you've been dangling in front of us has got us all drooling.

That's AWESOME Bishop!! Speaking of nations.

You said, Ask and you will receive
Whatever you need
You said, Pray and I'll hear from heaven
And I'll heal your land

You said Your glory will fill the earth
Like water the sea
You said, Lift up your eyes
The harvest is here, the kingdom is near

You said, Ask and I'll give the nations to you
O Lord, that's the cry of my heart
Distant shores and the islands will see
Your light, as it rises on us

O Lord, I ask for the nations (repeat)

That is SO COOL, Bishop! I feel like the Cheshire Cat. "What happens to the head..."

TODAY's dictionary.com word of the day just "happens" to be "bellwether".

Definition: A leader of a movement or activity; also, a leading indicator of future trends.

The quote: "Raised to believe they were among their generation's best and brightest, my class can be seen as a bellwether for a generation caught without a compass on the cutting edge of uncharted territory."

Not that we didn't already know this but, God so OWNS the internet! And loves the details. And I'm guessing it pleases Al Gore that He shares the glory, too--[right, DBA?]

Happy Birthday Bishop!

I thank GOD for giving you and Pastor Debye such a heart for people.

Thank you for your many prayers and faithfulness just to remind us that regardless of where we are or what we may be facing, GOD is Real and knows all things and not only does He see, hear, care and is with us, for we are not alone, forgotten or forsaken. Let the Redeemed of the LORD Rise Up and Say So!

I thank GOD in advance because I trust that He already has the answers to my dilemma and SHALL complete the excellent works that He has begun in all our lives. Thanks again for your faithful prayers and intercession for my family. You are truly appreciated!

Sincerely,
Cheryl

Happy Birthday Bishop,
It's asking for the taking.
Trembling, shaking.
Oh, my heart is aching.

We're coming to the edge,
Running on the water,
Coming through the fog,
Your sons and daughters.
Your post gave me chills!!!!Amen & Amen

One more thing- all week I have been thinking what a cool thing it is when the natural and the supernatural "connect the dots" so to speak. At that point- there is no choice, but for Him to manifest His presence. That is so the conduit you and Pastor Debye are right now.

I am so excited about your mission in Korea, Bishop. My spirit leaped when I saw that you were able to blog… Not knowing if we would hear from you… or have to wait until Sunday… the expectation of the words you will bring is great…

This is an anointed part of your destiny … the purpose for your life … The picture becomes clear as each piece of the puzzle falls into place…(Even as I type this I have Holy Spirit bumps all over me).

It’s as if history is walking together “into the light” as if into luminal space between life and death in which ALL were…ALL are… and ALL will be… every person… every future possibility… becomes present and visible in the Now… it is as if the Now draws from the future and the past to collectively shape the vision and articulates the mission that is taking us there…

This passage is from the 8th chapter of the Book of Daniel, verses 15 and 16,
15: When I, Daniel, had seen the vision, I sought to understand it; and behold, there stood before me one having the appearance of a man.
16: And I heard a man's voice between the banks of the U'lai, and it called,

"Gabriel, make this man understand the vision."

Let the river run
Let all the dreamers wake the nation.
Come, the new Jerusalem.

Shanti, Shanti, Shanti!
Peace, Peace, Peace!

Iris

I am here for a purpose and that purpose is to grow into a mountain, not to shrink to a grain of sand. Henceforth will I apply all my efforts to become the highest mountain of all and I will strain my potential until it cries for mercy. ~Author Unknown~

Don't know about anybody else. But, this is so much fun (prophetically speaking)! You're waaaaaaay over there. And we're waaaaaaay over here. By linear thinking, you're ahead of us in time.

(but, "time" permitting, go back & read past editions of blogland)

THIS must be part of that: What you've been teaching about the NOWness of God.

I Googled pix of South Korea, just to see what you may be experiencing there. We're enjoying a splash of color.

Dogwoods, cherry blossoms, forsythia and azaleas are gorgeous. (Like Ted Turnerized winter's doldrums.)

In the news: Seoul Metro says that an incident occurred last night, due to a power supply problem. Wondering where the two of you were praying at that moment.

A train on subway line No. 1 stopped on the tracks. Because of this incident, it caused a domino effect for other trains.

The subway service operator noted that time was required to reschedule the other trains.

OK, I realize you're busy in meetings, possibly oooohing and aaaahing about the architecture & scenery.

Maybe you're appreciating how artistic the banquet tables are arranged. Bless the figs and grapes on their vines. The cuisine must be awesome, seasoned with a mountain of spices.

Are you counting the stars from there?

Maybe you're considering the magnitude of your assignment. How GREAT IS OUR GOD.

So, I won't meander into the metaphysical marketplace by what-ifs like, say, "Was there a divine transference of dunamis into some heavenly accounts elsewhere?" (whooooo... goosebumps)

We're coming to the edge... standing on the water... coming through the fog... your (our) sons and daughters...

Now's the time for singing. Music (like food, smiles & artwork) is a Universal language. Through it, the dove's voice is heard in our land. Before it, all shadows flee.

Between the wings of the cheribum...

Bless the bread. Bless the water. Heal the land.

OK... No idea what's happening here. I tried cutting and pasting lyrics to, "How great is our God" but the lines from my my last post kept coming up!?

So, I'll go with that.

Bish, it IS about artwork. Remember how you've said that we (believers) needed to get to a place where we spoke something & then checked the news to await the manifestation?

I'm amazed, watching a clip from the nightly news: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3032619/vp/23919964#23919964 ("Iran's Hidden Treasures").

Struck by the similarity of the flags above the Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art to the flags in the picture of Jesus and the footwashing ("A New Commandment" - 3/20/08 blog) scene.

PLUS, ExoticWorldGifts.com offers a video clip of an elephant painting its own portrait. Talk about the foolish things confounding the wise!

It must be true: Everything that has breath, must praise the Lord!

I love that song!! This one only seems to fit..

Hear the sound
The sound of the nations calling
Hear the sound
The sound of the fatherless crying
Who will go for us
Who will shout to the corners
Of the earth
That Christ is King

We speak to nations Be Open
We speak to nations Fall On Your Knees
We speak to nations
The Kingdom is coming near to you
Oh we speak to strongholds Be Broken
Powers of darkness, you have to flee
We speak to nations,
The Kingdom is coming near to you

We speak to you Be free yeah be free!!

Hear the sound
The sound of the nations worshipping
Hear the sound
Of sons and daughters singing
We will go for you
We will shout to the corners of the earth
That Christ is King

Freedom to all!!!

I've been praying for you and your family Bishop, knowing that God will bless, watch over, and protect.

As a puzzle comes together and makes sense and many times you visualize being in the scene, so too you are seeing the path that is in yours. The destiny dimension(walk).

Just like in the Blues Clues children's program where they "blueskidoo" into another dimension, so have you, and with God's help, we can too. We just have to look for the clues and figure out what God and we want to do.

Hello,

Bishop, reading your post is feeling the rush. it is excellent that God has woven all of this together, the local body, you, and you exponent to the God power. I love kinetic life. All support and excellent blessings to you, and everyone of us that is touched by this (which is basically everybody) but especially those connected with the threads of the tapestry that touch these parts, here.

Bishop,

You are such a big teaser!!!!!!! Can't wait to hear more...

Oh, by the way......

Happy (official) Birthday!!!

Didja get any cake?

Say "hi" to Pastor Debye for me.

We miss you.

Have been quoting Richard Bach alot lately. He writes alot about now and is. Always seems to speak in this forum(or maybe just to me). Here's one more and maybe I'll give it a rest:

"A cloud does not now why it moves in just such a direction and at such a speed,
It has an impulsion... this is the place to go NOW.
But the sky knows the reasons and the patterns behind all clouds, and you will know, too, when you lift yourself high enough to see beyond horizons." ~Richard Bach~

Bish, I beleive you have lifted high enough to see beyond atmospheres...

Much Love...

Very cool, izjoy!

I picked up Velvet Elvis (by Rob Bell!) today. Part of the intro reminds us: "The followers of Jesus, like artists, have understood that we have to keep going, exploring what it means to live in harmony with God and each other. The Christian faith tradition is filled with change and growth and transformation."

"The challenge for Christians then is to live with great passion and conviction, remaining open and flexible, aware that this life is not the last painting."

Rethinking, reworking, repainting, "living, exploring, discussing, sharing and experiencing new understandings of Christian faith." Which makes us "alive in ways we never thought possible."

[if art/paintings (tapestries, Erik) hadn't come up, I never would have posted this! Very interesting about the power/subway incident]

Hey, Bishop. There's still 6.33 hours left in your birthday on this side of the planet. More time for more presents! (smile)

Hello,

All of this is rolling thunder through me. The history to now of CITN, the part of it I have been blessed to experience, the absolute beauty of God, of The Word, of The Word made flesh within every single person. I am in rapture with my complete undoneness with God, talk about the Song of Songs….. every single bit of every possible meaning within it… complete surrender and complete rapture..

Driving down the highways of Minnesota this afternoon, at 80 + mph, sun roof open, and stereo at max volume, vibrating through me as I scream my love for God, crescendo through crescendo because of all of THIS. ACDC tune, ‘You shook me all night long’ from their Back in Black Album. I knew This Creator I barely comprehend, in this rapture, I can sing along ..

'Cause the walls start shaking
The earth was quaking
My mind was aching
And we were making it and you -

Shook me ALL LIFE long,
With those Nazarene Words,
Working double time
On the rapture line
You are one of a kind, I’m Yours all Yours

I give you me
Not Just another course
Made a man out of me and I came back for more
Had to burn me through
To become brand new

Now I'm back in the fire for another round
You knocked me out and then You
Shook me ALL LIFE long
You had me shakin' and you
Shook me ALL LIFE long
Yeah You shook me
Well You took me

You really took me and You
Shook me ALL LIFE long
Ooooh You
Shook me ALL LIFE long
Yeah, yeah, you
Shook me ALL LIFE long

Your really took me and You
Yeah You shook me, yeah You shook me
All LIFE long.
……………………….
Enjoying the afterglow now. Talk later.

What an amazing time this must be for you, Bishop! It's amazing enough for us just hearing about it!

Your call has indeed awakened the dreamers who in turn are awakening the nations and the New Jerusalem is Come...He Was, HE IS, HE IS TO COME!

As this type of energy streams through us all from Bishop down to us...words used here like dunamis, kinetic, music's universal language...the "UNI-VERSE" being sung out loud and long as awakened dreamers and nations all come together to create the NEW JERUSALEM!

I was led to a word with which I was unfamiliar: aletheia. When I began to delve into that word, my heart raced and my hands began to shake and my mind trembled! It is in the Greek Strongs #227 and surrounding numbers and is used over and over in Scripture.

Aletheia: from the Greek for TRUTH...but also sincerity, factuality, and reality; the state of literally "BEING ONE"...the state of NOT Being Hidden/of being evident! Truth that FIRST APPEARS when something is SEEN or REVEALED: As Bishop has said in the past--FIRST THINGS!!; Unveiled; Unconcealed! It is ONLY THAT WHICH it pretends to be; such as PURE GOLD--unadulterated by any other metal or alloy! Pure Transparent Gold! The name not only describes the thing but corresponds to the REAL NATURE of it and that too is aletheia!

I do not pretend to be a scholar (as Bishop and others have so eloquently stated it, 'I Am what I Am') nor have I been a wordsmith or etymologist but God dropped that word in my spirit and I had to discover more about it. It is SO a part of all of these things/these happenings and thereby an extension into all of us...all of CITN. 5th Century BC philosopher Parmenides said that ALL IS ONE BEING! And furthermore, he stated that "IS" could NOT BE DESTROYED because its parts would continue on into eternity from whence the ALL comes! ALL is One/All comes from Eternity and returns to Eternity! I don't know about you, but I'm really likin' this dude, Parmenides!

Please, brothers and sisters, help me...expand this into all that it should be so that we can all begin to understand a little more about this latest phase of the journey we are collectively embarking upon. I know that parts and pieces of puzzles and words are dropping into all our spirits and as has been said before, we cannot understand it without each other so please...BRING IT! Share it and Let's be fully prepared when Bishop and Pastor Debye return with this wonderful new aletheia for our body!

Tell us posters...what has the Lord given you to speak about here? Everyone? Please share what He has given you so we can all enjoy it.

Bish, Pastor Debye...you just keep on keepin' on! We've all got your backs and our excitement is building right along with yours! Hal El To Jah!!!

Interesting insights, Avatar,

This is gonna sound really, really, ridiculous. But, other nicknames for our dog, are "Bella" (beautiful) and "Little Elvis"! (kind of a crooked smile that she gives when she greets us)

Her real name is Lucy (which, being translated, means, "light") Too funny!

Dunno where that fits on the connect.the.dots.map, but still cool, I think.
