THERE ARE 25 NEW SONGS ON THE PLAYLIST!!!

Check back later today (after the morning service), and don't forget that we will have church tomorrow night...including communion and water baptism (if you haven't been baptized, sign up for it tomorrow!)

Later...

Hey bloggers,

I haven't even been online today (just been putting comments through on my Blackberry), and now that I am back on, I just noticed that I said to check back later today for something else...well, it's later now!

Anyway, the Sacrament Service tonight was really sweet (and a good crowd, too), and I'm glad that you went on with your discussion, even though I didn't give you anything to discuss (except my new songs, and my sermon today, which apparently there was nothing to say about)...but whatever. I want you to feel at home here...

By the way, it was good to see many faces at church this morning that I haven't seen in a while...

Today was a good day...

YITN Aug 3, exceptional.

We are free from past choices. We are released through forgiving All, especially the most challenging forgiveness . All are saved, especially those who forgive, (believe, trust God, as opposed to their own judgment) . We become free.

We believe in ourselves, and that our baseline of existence is Love, Peace, Joy, and live with that as a baseline, We forgive All, We Love All, We are sisters and brothers and All , (this is as automatic as blue sky and white clouds, yellow sun – as accepted as the fact we breathe) We exist with this as our simple baseline, and live far beyond this, as we do more in life than breathe.

We edify All, as a matter of course. Shocking, unusual, incredible that we speak of anyone re negative conversation. As a matter of course, we speak truth in love. We do not think of it otherwise. Thre is so much we have in common with everyone, that is almost all we can see – the minimal ways we are different can hardly keep our attention.

We are transparent without fear, gaining strength from energy available to us as we have stopped covering ourselves. We know beyond fear, and we trust. We speak well to ourselves and all others. We know there is so much good, we can exhaust more than a lifetime expressing this from our mouths.

We speak quality, with though and intention to build the next moment, hour , day and week and all there is of the physical reality around us, to express the Loving reality God speaks through each one. We do this as We express God, with no regard if others choose to actively express God.

We ponder excellence, when speaking is delayed.

We speak excellence, peace, love. We have words for little of anything else.

I am THANKFUL!!!!
Her Majesty and I rode the scooter over to Mobile for dinner and a movie. We just got back home. After we had gotten back into Pascagoula and were still on HWY 90I was in the left lane and noticed headlights heading directly towards me. I was ready getting to pass an SUV when I noticed the headlights and had to lean over hard and fall in behind him to keep from hitting that oncoming car head on.
I hope he figured out that he was going in the wrong direction and nobody got hurt by his error.
Thank God and 38 years of motorcycle riding.

We are loving loved, by a lover that loves us so much, that He was slaughtered, nailed to a cross and died, because of His love for His friends.

John 15:13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

Don't you just love it, that we can say/sing "I am a friend of God"?

Morning, gang :)

25 new songs? I have a confession. I have to mute the playlist, because I can't concentrate on the blog content otherwise. But I'll have to check out what you added.
I have another confession. As I was strolling through the great room last night on the way to the kitchen, I said to Joe, "Oh my gosh... I guess I really DO like disco." ;0 Had been finishing up the painting, etc. in our master bath, while wailing 'Dancing Queen' along with Abba. C'mon, that was a great song! (Why do I feel embarassed?) Yep. But I promise, I'll never in a million years like country!

Donald, the whole motorcycle thing is very close to me... and sometimes a touchy subject. Mostly, because Joe not only street rides, but also races. As for the races, I know how competitive my husband is. As for the street, I know how irritated he can get with drivers at times! Both situations can be very dangerous. But I also know that biking is a HUGE part of who he is, and I can't do anything about that. We've lost a couple of close friends. But what point is there to living in fear? So I pray and trust God to take care of him.
Said all that to say this:
I'm so glad that you and Her Majesty are OK! Always do what you can to be safe. This cyber place wouldn't be the same without you!

See you all in a little while...

Rom 12:15 Rejoice with rejoicing ones, and weep with weeping ones;

Rom 12:15
Rejoice with them ... - This command grows out of the doctrine stated in Rom_12:4-5, that the church is one; that it has one interest; and therefore that there should be common sympathy in its joys and sorrows. Or, enter into the welfare of your fellow-Christians, and show your attachment to them by rejoicing that they are made happy; compare 1Co_12:26, “And whether .... one member be honored, all the members rejoice with it.” In this way happiness diffuses and multiplies itself. It becomes expanded over the face of the whole society; and the union of the Christian body tends to enlarge the sphere of happiness and to prolong the joy conferred by religion. God has bound the family of man together by these sympathies, and it is one of the happiest of all devices to perpetuate and extend human enjoyments.
Weep ... - See the note at Joh_11:35. At the grave of Lazarus our Saviour evinced this in a most tender and affecting manner. The design of this direction is to produce mutual kindness and affection, and to divide our sorrows by the sympathies of friends. Nothing is so well suited to do this as the sympathy of those we love. All who are afflicted know how much it diminishes their sorrow to see others sympathizing with them, and especially those who evince in their sympathies the Christian spirit. How sad would be a suffering world if there were none who regarded our griefs with interest or with tears! if every sufferer were left to bear his sorrows unpitied and alone! and if all the ties of human sympathy were rudely cut at once, and people were left to suffer in solitude and unbefriended! It may be added that it is the special duty of Christians to sympathize in each other’s griefs:
(1) Because their Saviour set them the example;
(2) Because they belong to the same family;
(3) Because they are subject to similar trials and afflictions; and,
(4) Because they cannot expect the sympathy of a cold and unfeeling world.

Dear God Donald, I'm glad your alright! They say the safest lane at night to ride in is the right lane or the middle lane. A drunk driver, if headed in the wrong direction, will usually always be in the left lane because they don't want to get pulled over, thinking their driving in the right lane. That must have been um, exciting?!

Less than 20 minutes till churcha!
When I remembered it was time to get back ITB today; I was so excited....I had tears rolling down my legs!!!

Including people by finding out they want so that we can give it to them, not making them want what we want to give them. The goal is to simply love, connect with each other in love and desire to share joy, life, peace, beauty. No agenda, nothing hidden in our actions, no manipulation, agenda free. Only to share and enjoy this experience created by God , serve each other, appreciate each other , All others.

We love easily, God, ourselves, others. We serve fluidly. We connect seamlessly. We record in our spirits the blessings we see, the beauty of each other, the goodness of God that pours through each one. We connect easily, relate easily, we have relationships with each other and all things around us. We live in authority. In relationships we have connection, authority with, not over others. We have authority with the material world. We create with each other, in conjunction with, complimentary to.

The basics of loving are sewn into our everyday. We create and enjoy abundantly. We connect abundantly. We well know love and trust. Like walking, reading, writing, speaking, we have learned the basics, and now we live each day with the basics , the basics of existence,- Each spirit - We know God, love and trust, we apply in each moment , with ease and authority. We create freely, give freely, receive freely. We live love as our baseline, the basics, critical ingredients are familiar and always at hand in our lives.

We are fully human. The beautiful nexus of all created by God.

A small word study reveals an much deeper truth in this verse than is often realized.

Every knee will bow and every tongue will offer up exuberantly thunderous praise and ovation (Gr: exomologeo, for "confess" in Eng.)

Luke 12:47,48; Rom. 2:5,6; 2 Cor. 5:10; 11:15; 2 Tim. 4:14; Rev. 2:23; 18:5,6

Hmm, seems like we've missed something in our standard translations. The news is even better than supposed.

Speak and we will hear you Oh Lord. Our hearts are hungry and thirsty for your perfect peace and joy you bring. Send down the rain and touch us once again. We love and worship and rely on you, the source of all good things.

Wow Donald! Right there is where most would freeze of lay it down….you and I have heard many horror stories. Experience DOES pay off; much of the bad hipe people here about motorcycle accidents, involve an incident where the rider was just too inexperienced for the situation or the way the numb-scull was riding.

Yeah, motorcycle accidents are bad and do happen but an experienced rider can see things in the details of the accidents that experience might have helped to avoid the whole thing.

Then there are times when you make a sudden maneuver to avoid an accident that YOU KNOW was impossible………..Lord knows God has been good to me.

So I always, always, always, always, always, thank the LORD for safety AND experience. All good things come from Him!

Oh, I forgot to mention.....80% of motorcycle accedents are caused by the other driver. What I was talking about in the last post was the other 20%.....thought I ought to clarify that.

Here I am again! What's up with that? Since "y'all" don't stream the first Sunday night service, I feel the need to entertain myself. The things that run through my head... could be why it hurts on occasion. Wish I could turn it off, cuz I'm sure this song will be playing in dreamland all night long. Icon, you might have planted the seed with your thing about the heat and bugs, etc. Or Donald, maybe you made me think of roadkill. Or perhaps it's my husband, who can add chipmunk executioner to his list of credentials. Personally, I'm siding with the chipmunk, and sincerely hope it finds its way out from under our house before it meets its demise. Joe's theory is, "If it doesn't pay rent, it's outta here." :{

Anyway, been trying to remember who wrote this song that came out when I was a kid... probably not even in junior high. It went like this:

"Dead skunk in the middle of the road, dead skunk in the middle of the road, dead skunk in the middle of the road, and it's a stinkin' to high heaven.
Well, you got yer dead cat, and you got yer dead dog... on a moonlight night, you got yer dead toad frog. You got yer dead rabbit and yer dead racoon... the blood and the guts, they gonna make you swoon.

Etc, etc.

Anyone remember that? It's an obnoxious little diddy, but I've gotta hand it to 'em... it stuck with me all these years!

Anonymous said...

Elle, I think I may have inspired your "dead skunk diddy" by throwing an r at the end of my name....I was laughing so hard when I saw what I did....that is what you get for blogging too fast while leaving for church! What can I say, I am from the south, there is no getting around that...

Have a great one!

Thanks everybody for your kind words, I really do appreciate it.
Actually it happened so fast that I didn't even have time to flip the guy off.
Iconoclast you said something that really got me to thinking about things on the spiritual level. You mentioned how the experience level could have been a factor in avoiding a wreck. I fully agree with you on that. I've been driving motorcycles since I was 12 years old and I'm almost 50 now and have only had one serious wreck.
If I had faced that exact situation when I was 14 or 15 years old the outcome could have been very different. But having chocked up 10's of thousands of miles on motorcycles and playing out "what if" scenarios in my mind about how to handle a crisis, a catastrophe was avoided. Of course I'm not diminishing the role that God plays in our protection, but He does give us the faculties to protect ourselves along with His help.
But today I was in the backyard on a project and got to thinking about what you said. God knew when the timing was right for me to be exposed to Bishop's teaching. If I had flipped over on INSP a year or so earlier than what I did and saw Bishop and heard some of the things he had to say, I would have totally discounted him. Of course he probably wasn't on INSP back when I am talking about, but you know what I mean.
But God knew where I was in my spiritual walk and that I had become discontented with the status quo and with what I had always been taught and that I had alot of questions that I needed answered.
Just as I passed the test last night because of mercy and experience, I was able to receive the word from Bishop because it was presented at the right time and in the right way.
God has been veddy veddy guud to me.

While I’m on the subject of eating; I was thinking about what I said earlier about digesting what was served up this morning. That made me think of how the old testament teaching of clean and unclean foods (lev. 1l:1-7) said one rule was; it had to chew the cud and split the hoof - both. Now this may sound like some useless info. Today really if you see what was being symbolized here it had a great deal to do with what I said earlier. This is symbolic for those who receive the word and then later bring it back up and meditate (chew) on it some more then it can be taken to deeper levels. Animals that chew the cud have two stomachs so they eat something digest it a while, then regurgitate it and chew it some more till so it can go into the second stomach. Then the splitting of the hoof is symbolic of the foot being a double foundation (split) symbolically; the teaching must be founded on two witnesses as to have a double foundation. The old testament being a shadow of the new reality then we must find this truth literally, symbolically, or in principle in both the shadow and the reality.
This good news of the coming of the savior of all mankind and the sharing of this by those who are called to be shepherds of the flock, darkness representing no revelation, God using insignificant folks, God always saying “fear not”, and speaking to and giving revelation to unexpected types, is certainly all backed up by a double witness of the old and new testaments.

It is certified ICLST clean food! So I’m going to chew the cud a while longer

We Love YOUR Hair.

Tonight service was great.
The babies were so cute
The baptism was great.
The communion was great,
But the worship was Off The HOOK,
Both this morning and tonight...

Still thinking about I AM
I have a poem called I AM.
Maybe one day I'll let you hear it.
Keep me in prayer about the poetry. I'm at a stand still & I need it to flow.

Bishop, I thought your sermon was awesome and met me right where I am. I was speaking a lot about he pastoral anointing that is apparently on me. And so when spoke to us about who the shepherds really are in Luke 2, I thought now, he is reading my mail, but once again.

Let me say this Bishop, some words need to penetrate in the marrow of our spirit and maybe it was for a few but it was definitely for me. The angelic host came to earth to say Goodwill to all men and Peace...

Yesterday, I was blessed to be able to minister in downtown Atlanta to a homeless minister. A really cool miracle took place and God blessed him with a place to stay with a new ministry that came out, named Fragments ministry. Ironically, enough, when I asked him, what was the desire of his heart...he said to just to minister and to serve the Lord, and this ministry Fragments ministry, wants to shelter men of God whose desire is to be in the ministry who need a place to live.

By the way his name was Sholam which as you know is arabic for Peace. I am just saying...I believe all this is connected in the spirit. He will fill in the dots...

But anyway, on today I loved the revelation of leading the flock by day as opposed to night and the whole issue about many pastors to be afraid of the glory of God. I thought it was brilliant how it came together at less for me.

The Nation of Worship just blessed my stockings off (LOL) and Pastor Kasey...blessings to you!

People were walking out a little bit...let us just pray the Holy Spirit will cause them to come back when there is a lighter word...sometimes too much light...is frightening! Good Will to them.

I really wish your prophecies were recorded. But all of that word was for me...I mean all of it. The severence of relationship(s), forcing me to totally depend on Him for everything...as I have done all to stand

The songs you ministered tonight was very sweet, the fellowship was sweet and it was refreshing to witness the dedications and baptisms.

I worked in between services but it was a very blessed day and I was glad when they said unto me, let us go into the house of the Lord!

I feel like a Blurker although my heart is with BITN, just busy being a doer of the word and not a hearer only...just trying to matter!

Peace and Blessings
Yvonne

Hello ALL! Missed you! I'm in catch up mode. Took all my equipment with me for a jaunt out of the city and found myself "trapped" in a dead zone (in more ways than just technologically). Whew! It's good just to "see" y'all.

Donald and Her Majesty--praising God with you, as well as the perfection that practice perfects!
That "playing out 'what if' scenarios" thing works. One significant one I recall was a guy who was quoted after the San Francisco [was it SF? i'm sure someone will check] triple decker highway collapse. A trucker had practiced what he would do if he ever sailed off into the air in his rig [get down under the steering wheel, back to pedals]. When it happened from the top deck, he did it without thinking--and lived to tell the story to a newspaper. Foresight, insight, revelation AND practice all rolled into one.

Elle, you'll enjoy my word ver: izaba. I enjoyed imagining you wailing DQ with a paint brush mic--smile!

Later--gotta go check out today's dvd.
