Greetings from Holland!

Hey bloggers...I'm writing this from the airport in Amsterdam...we have a five hour layover here, after an eight hour flight from Entebbe...then a nine hour flight to the ATL...

Still processing all that happened this past week...can't imagine how it could have been any better...thanks for the prayers...the ordination service was very beautiful and anointed...the choir did songs they got from CITN, which was very touching...we installed about nine deacons, and 24 pastors...really sweet people...some from Good Shepherd's...others from different parts of Uganda, including the north, where they have been at war for the last 20 years...

In a word, the whole week was totally flawless and in the flow...

Spent some time with Pastor Ben discussing what we want to do next year...we're going to be in some different places ministering, and I also want to build a soccer field at the children's home...

When I get back, I'll post some pics from the trip...

I've been getting some great texts, tweets, and FB messages about yesterday's service @ CITN...I wanted to stream, but we couldn't do it because of getting to the airport at that time...

Sounds like everything was awesome...would love to hear more...

Got lots to tell you...

Love you all...

Pastor D.E. was great and he built on the same foundation...line upon line...precept upon precept...I love it when a plan comes together!

You know how great the CITN Tech Crew is...well, in case anyone wondered, they are really quick too!

Pastor D.E. mentioned that he was the Mary-figure in this relationship and you were the OLDER one so you are "Elizabeth"...

...and at that very moment...

...our wonderful crew turned out the lights...and his mic...

...it was great--and he thought so too...

It was another fabulous day in God's Revelation to this body...I don't know what it will look like but it's incredible!!!

In the timeless and perfect words of Saint John the Divine...

"Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure..."

And in the immortal words of Kenny Loggins:

This is it
Make no mistake where you are
This is it
Your back's to the corner
This is it
Don't be a fool anymore
This is it
The waiting is over
No room to run
No way to hide
No time for wondering why
It's here
The moment is now...

Team U-2: Come on back home and let's get to Wednesday! QUICK!

Halal to Jah!!!

(...of course, my last post should have read..."turned OFF the lights..." but it's all good)

This song from Lion King (aka Bishop's 50th Celebration) keeps playing over and over in my soul...I asked if we had a CD with Ms. Chandra or Ms. Cyndi singing it...I couldn't find anyone who had one...do you, Bishop? If you do, I would LOVE a copy...

Lately the song reminds me so much of a huge storm blowing up on the coast...I wake up and the words drift up to me from the dream in which I've been singing...songs in the night...

(The storm rolls loudly on the waves...)

Ingonyama nengw' enamabala [A lion and a leopard come to this open place]
Ingonyama nengw' enamabala [A lion and a leopard come to this open place]
Ingonyama nengw' enamabala [A lion and a leopard come to this open place]
Ingonyama nengw' enamabala [A lion and a leopard come to this open place]

(...the sound of it shouts as if the earth is at war with the sky...)

Night
And the spirit of life
Calling...
Oh, oh, iyo
Mamela [Listen]
Oh, oh iyo

(...the rain begins to shatter against the ground while the wind whips and howls all around...)

Ubukhosi bo khokho [Throne of the ancestors]
We ndodana ye sizwe sonke [Oh, son of the nation]

Wait
There's no mountain too great
Hear the words and have faith
Oh, oh, iyo
Oh, oh
Oh, oh, iyo
Have faith

(...nature rages in the storm and then for just a second there is silence...)

Hela hey mamela [Listen]

(...then the lightening rips the sky open from end to end and slams to the ground with the sound of a mountain falling into the sea...)

He lives in you, he lives in me
He watches over everything we see
Into the water, into the truth
In your reflection; he lives in you

Ingonyama nengw' enamabala [A lion and a leopard come to this open place]
Ingonyama nengw' enamabala [A lion and a leopard come to this open place]

He lives in you, he lives in me
He watches over everything we see
Into the water, into the truth
In your reflection; he lives in you

(...the storm quiets and the rain softens as if the elements have made peace...)

Ingonyama nengw' enamabala [A lion and a leopard come to this open place]
He lives in you
Ingonyama nengw' enamabala [A lion and a leopard come to this open place]

That song is beautiful and prophetic...it reaches from eon to eon and BEYOND...it's a peculiar and holy thing...like us...

Something new is happening in the Spirit...@ CITN...in Us. This is not the time to become complacent...this is not the time to leave...this is the time to repent...the Kingdom is, most absolutely, at hand...

Abraham left Ur of the Chaldees because God told him to go...he didn't have to know where on earth he would be going...that was not the important part. After all, God gave him every place where his foot had trod...it was not the land he went out after...it was the City where Greater Things Are STILL TO BE DONE!

The wind speaks, the earth speaks, the cloud speaks...but most importantly, WE SPEAK! Open your mouth and SPEAK what God has given you...He Said...and WE MUST SAY! Speak, Lord! Speak, Church! Speak, SONS OF GOD! The Earth awaits our Words of Faith!

Do you hear what I hear?

Yesterday's service was beyond words. My sister came up for a visit and she attended and just could not stop talking about it. I thought I had seen it all but when Pastor D.E. broke out in that dance that was just the ultimate. Pastor Debye was great and the singers and just everybody. I am so happy that I am a part of CITN.
