Remember...

For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.
(Ephesians 2:10, NLT)

Cool that you found that picture... goes very well with that verse, for "we are"

...like our coming together today, "re-MEMBERING" who we are, together, and we will further move forward into doing those good things in His plan.

Thanks for the word today.
I "see" you.

Remember where you came from so you can see where you are going. Remembering who I was and seeing who I am. Lot of changes. Change is Good. Not sure what the Father has in store. I just know it has to be better than what I have experienced. Moving forward into what the Father has called me to be. Remember who you are so you can move into who you will be.

This morning’s service 11 AM was just fantastic. The moment I walked in I could feel it. I was so Thankful. There are a few geographical places I know that The Spirit is so consistently present in such depth and plurality. The other two that come to mind for my experience are not churches. What is at CITN is unique for me.

I was so glad to be in The House today. Maybe it is the time of year. I think of so many reasons and history that I so do not deserve to be here. I am in a place that KNOWS God, that embraces God.

Bishop mentioned the movie Avatar, there are so many things I saw in that movie that reminded me of CITN, which I thought of during Praise & Worship, especially their hair part that connected with the animals and the Source they know, connected so they could See .

I am a punk kid from the Detroit ghetto, what possible reason could there be that I get to experience the Throne Room of God – only God’s Grace and Mercy. I gotta tell you all, I hope they got an amazing year end bonus for their time spent with me. They ( Grace & Mercy) earned it. I have them n speed dial, although they are present before I ever call. Even the times I 'could not' call.

So, here I am, at the Throne, welcome and actually invited ( what is that about?) tears of appreciation and joy- Just knowing that.

Thank you Pastor Jimmie for the excellent selection of worship songs, Than You Pastor Fergusson for your Psalms, and Thank You Bishop for The Word and vision.

I am blessed and pleased to be a part of it. So many of the points made was what I was thinking and speaking with God about before service. That first song, All Welcome, was so for me, Thanks again Pastor Jimmie.

Yes, CITN is a value beyond any measure I have, Thank You God, Thank You Bishop, Thank You All for the opportunity. I am honored to be here among such people, ALL of you. God’s grace clearly knows no bounds.

The Joy to be part of Manna is priceless.

Thank You.

AH.....this is perfect today. ALOT of changes and going into 2010 with them in tow..who knows but the Father, so true, River. I'm there with you, not sure of the same circumstances, but the vision.

Erik, I love what you said about the service and look forward to the dvd.

I certainly can't think of anywhere I'd rather be on New Years Eve this year, celebrating and mourning 2009 into the wonder and blessings 2010 must have in store.

I'm not looking back, moving ahead, I'm here to declare to you, my past is over!

Peace and see ya ITB soon ~

Bishop and All,

This is Pastor Dennis using a new name......."Not1Lost"

I most likely did not have to change it, but went ahead and changed it anyway since I was changing everything else.

It has been a long time since I have corresponded in any way on the internet as I have had many problems in the last couple of months. And it is with sadness I write this one. I know that some things just have to be done and I understand; but man, I am going to miss "My Church" on Sunday's streaming. In all honesty I can say I have done all I can do and I regret it could not be more. I will continue to support "My Church" and just get the mp3s or DVDs or something. but I will really miss the live fellowship I felt during the services. There is no use in going on and on about it, it is what it is, and God is in control. I love you all and I will try to stay in touch more through the blog, social networks, and email more from now on. Since this has forced me to take the time to try to get back out there so to speak. Besides all the technical problems that have occurred in the past few months, there are some very demanding and trying family circumstances that have come up along with these. the following will explain the technical part.....

Grace, Peace, and Love to all

This is the first correspondence I have sent on any network or internet messaging system of any type (blog/facebook/twitter/forums/email/etc.) other than my phone since back about the first of Nov. when my pastor_den twitter account was hacked into then somehow someone was even sending email that appeared to be from one of my accounts with all kinds of links to God only knows what. I even had to shut down one bank account. Thank God the Bank account was caught quickly by my random checking of my account at "just the right time" (that was God); and nothing was lost. I had thought that I had it fixed a couple of times and the problem came up again and again. I may have never known they were even doing it had they not sent my wife one of the messages in a mass send-out. (she does not use her name on the internet at all so they did not know who she was) I have put new Norton 360 antivirus / spyware etc. on all my machines. I do not like Norton because it slows your system down; then again it slows your system down because it is so thorough. I am ready to try to start back again....I think.... Although I am a little apprehensive about what whoever they are might do next and I still have not gotten control of the pastor_den twitter account I sent a couple of messages one last time to twitter support this morning to see if they could help again. They must be tired of messing with me because they have help fix it several times only for someone to get back in; now I haven't been able to get them to respond to me. So I am trying to get them to delete the account. I can't do anything with the account because someone has changed the email address on it and when you have them reset it it sends an email to some other address that is not me so that does no good. "What a mess". For some reason "I CAN" still send messages to the account with my phone?????? but I am afraid to use it much because I don't know who is controlling the account. I have been much slower at getting back up and running than usual because at the same time that this happened there were very demanding family circumstances came up, then with the holidays right on the heels of it all.....

I deleted all my other twitter accounts accept pastor_den which I cannot do anything about and created a new twitter account I will start using today but not on my phone yet. Please do not use the pastor_den account any more even though it still exist. I will not have anything to do with it any more.

My new Twitter account is "Not1Lost" http://twitter.com/Not1Lost also my facebook accounts and blogs were never hacked and the email that they used is not one any of you would have used and is also deleted.

Looking forward to hearing from you when you can.

Peace, Grace, and Love to you all,
Dennis

Such a great word, Bishop. Ready to begin again in 2010...

Bishop,

This wonderful quote from Lion King has always resonated deep within my spirit. Lion King is a favorite at our home anyway. We not only have seen the movie several times. I saw it in Illinois when it first came out and we took the kids to see it on stage at the Civic Center a little over a year ago when it was in Atlanta. What stands out to me is, we all tend to be so zealous about our dream and vision for our future at first, but life can deal us some blows, things can change, and people that effect our lives can make some wild decisions that we don't expect and may not know how to handle. That is why we must be reminded who we are or really reminded who God is, and that nothing is too hard for Him.

Hold on to your dreams and visions. Hold onto Hebrews 10:32-39some of my favorite verses. Don't get discouraged, remember who you are!
