I read this anonymous quote this morning: "When things are bad, we take comfort in the thought that they could always be worse. And when they are, we find hope in the thought that things are so bad they have to get better.” Certainly, we can all relate to that at one time or another...but keep it all in perspective...don't believe everything you think...God is good...and big...and awesome...and so are you...

"I don't know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everybody."
- Bill Cosby

Don't fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God's wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It's wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life. (Philippians 4:6, 7 - The Message)

"Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart. And try to love the questions themselves." - Rainer Maria Rilke...I pray that we all have the liberty & courage 2day 2 work out our own salvation with fear & trembling (with awe & respect 4 the process)...don't let any1 or anything make u 4get that u r fearfully & ...wonderfully made...blessings on 2day's journey...stay strong & authentic...2 thine ownself b true...

Amen and AMEN! To thine own self be true above and beyond everything else. For if we fail to be true to ourselves, then we are unable to be true to anyone else, thus facing the risk of having unhealthy and unbalanced relationships. It is only when we learn and continue to learn ourselves, we come to KNOW ourselves to a degree (from glory to glory... And through developing a love relationship with GOD (intimacy) with Our Creator, HE teaches us to love and accept who we are in HIM and we begin to see ourselves through HIS eyes, coming to terms with the good, bad, ugly, and indifferent while realizing that HE knew us from the very beginning and loves us anyway. And if GOD can love and accept that which HE created in HIS image (being fearfully and wonderfully made) then we should be able to appreciate HIS MASTERPIECES. Knowing GOD, trusting that HE did not make a mistake in creating us according to HIS intricate plan, design, and purpose, we can better accept, come to terms with, and LOVE who we are, yet more so WHO HE IS IN US. As we grasp hold of this peace, we are secure in who we are and don't invest our energies in attempting to put up facades or develop facets of ourselves based on others perceptions, approval, or expectations of who they feel we are supposed to be. TO THINE OWN SELF BE TRUE!!!! Amen and AMEN.
