It's said that there r 3 levels of organizational vision...
the "Do-able", the "Conceivable", & the "Previously Unthinkable"...the Greek word "metanoeo" (μετανοέω) means repentence...paradigm shift...literally, to change one's life by changing one's mind...dare 2 think a new way...when Jesus spoke they said "Never a man spake like this man"...embrace new thoughts...say new words...believe that anything's possible...

"The beginning of love is to let those we love be perfectly themselves, and not to twist them to fit our own image. Otherwise we love only the reflection of ourselves we find in them."
- Thomas Merton

"Your opinion is your opinion, your perception is your perception - - do not confuse them with "facts" or "truth". Wars have been fought and millions have been killed because of the inability of men to understand the idea that EVERYBODY has a different viewpoint."
- John Moore

Thanks to everyone who has sent me a private message in the last few hours...I really love you all, and appreciate your words of support...I'll respond to each of them as soon as I can...just wanted you to know that I've read them, and that I'm cool...the Lord will perfect that which concerns me...it's all good...

"I resolve to speak ill of no man whatever, not even in a matter of truth; but rather by some means excuse the faults I hear charged upon others, and upon proper occasions speak all the good I know of everybody."
- Benjamin Franklin

Already tweeted about this, but I spent this evening with all 4 of my kids...comfort food at Mary Mac's...a walk in Piedmont Park...good heart-to-heart talk with both laughter and tears...hot doughnuts now at Krispy Kreme...sang top 40 oldies all the way home with Christina...doesn't get any better...I am blessed...

Stress relief: "Take rest; a field that has rested gives a bountiful crop."
- Ovid
...

...remember His burden's easy, His yoke's light...cast all ur care on Him 4 He cares 4 u...keep ur mind stayed on Him & He'll keep u n perfect peace...peace that passes understanding...He makes u lie down n green pastures...leads u beside... still waters...restores ur soul...take a deep breathe...stop worrying about it...let it go...shhh..

“Develop an attitude of gratitude, and give thanks for everything that happens to you, knowing that every step forward is a step toward achieving something bigger and better than your current situation.”
- Brian Tracy

Life can either b accepted or changed...if it's not accepted it must b changed...if it can't b changed then it must b accepted...(see 'Serenity Prayer')...change is n the air & it's all good...I'm @ peace with all people (Rom 12:18) & give them my blessing 2 find their own path...work out their own salvation...already ...2 much strife n the world...I want grace & peace n my life & I want that 4 every1 else...really I do...

Hi Bishop,

I like all of the things recently posted on your FB.

-- Right now Peace Train on playlist, that's good, becuase my favorite of what you have recently had on FB, was the final one on the Bloginthenow for Fri June 25.

Starting w ' Life can either be accepted.... " I like the most, the last 2/3s of it. -- Peace for each ourselves, believing it from our self for all others, especially the ones we know and influence, no matter what.

Strife is an option, just no return on investment. All that will receive blessing, are blessed, and you give it earnestly. Amen!

Loving only the reflection of ourselves...

An acquaintance once said they could not see themselves in someone and therefore couldn't like them. I've spent years trying to wrap my head around that comment. I'm in the seek first to understand camp, but that one stumped me. Thanks T.Merton for your insight, and thanks Bishop for posting it.

"Ohhhh!" moments are as cool as "Aha!"And "Eureka!" moments, and that one has been a backburner question for 16 years.
