Today's 'A Year In The Now'

CALM DOWN!

A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger. (Proverb 15:1)

Good sense makes a man restrain his anger, and it is his glory to overlook a transgression or an offense. (Proverb 19:11 AMP)

By long forbearing and calmness of spirit a judge or ruler is persuaded, and soft speech breaks down the most bonelike resistance. (Proverb 25:15 AMP)

1.Today I will live in the now! I will live in the now because I have the peace of God and am, therefore, at peace with my environment and in harmony with my peers.

2.Today I will manage my emotions, particularly my anger. I will learn what it means to be angry and sin not. I will be Christ-controlled and wise in choosing my battles. I will be passionate and righteously indignant over things that merit it, but I will not give place to the devil—and I will not wrestle with flesh and blood!

3.Today I will avoid unnecessary stress in my life by learning to let things go and knowing when to walk away from a situation. I will cast all of my care on Jesus because He cares for me!

4.Today I will remember that where envy and strife are, there is confusion and every evil work (James 3:16) and that God is not the Author of confusion (I Corinthians 14:33).

5.Today I will remember to take deep breaths...to relax...to laugh...to turn the other cheek when appropriate...to forgive...to not take life too seriously...to not let my enemies “get to me”...to keep everything in perspective...to not worry so much...to trust in God!

6.Today I will not be overcome with evil, but I will overcome evil with good! My proactive manner and “soft answers” will turn around negative situations for me today. My ways will please the Lord, and I will make even my enemies to be at peace with me.

7.Today I will remain calm by seeing the big picture and by keeping my eye on the prize. I will keep it real today, and today I will live in the now!

Father, help me stay cool today. In Jesus’ name, amen.

What is in my mind this morning...
As my eloquent "explainer" of scripture, here is my question...
Is there a parallel to be drawn between Mary's response of "let your will be done" immediately prior to Jesus' conception and birth into the physical world and Jesus' response of basically the same words in the garden immediately prior to His re-birth back into the non-physical world? Did both responses create a path of ease and peace that passes all understanding? Have we altered these 2 life-changing events by projecting our thoughts of struggle and suffering into their reality...
Maybe pregnancy, labor, delivery of Jesus was easy and without any struggle at all...maybe God's anointing on the process created a pain-free process...maybe the journey back to Bethlehem was without issue and just flowed in the ultimate grace that is available to us all as we allow ourselves to "go with" whatever God has called us to do...
Maybe the crucifixion on the cross was easy and without pain or suffering...maybe the journey back to the spiritual realm was without issue and just flowed in the ultimate grace that is available to us all as we allow ourselves to "go with" whatever God has called us to do...
Things that make me say hmmmmmm...
Maybe it is in our allowing that opens all heaven and earth to "hear" us and our message without struggle or pain or suffering...
I know that I am a foundational part of this ministry because of this one thing I know beyond a shadow of a doubt...
You, Jim Swilley, could stand up and tell me that you did murder someone and bury them in your back yard and my response would be "well there must have been a good reason for that" and then I would say "Ok, next..."
Was not Moses a murderer? Was not Paul a murderer? Did this disqualify them in any way? I think not...
Bring forth your message without fear, knowing that God's grace has prepared the way and being forced into a place of suffering or dying is only a reality that you create by your thoughts...

This is the world that has been in my vision for a very long time...the ultimate manifestation of My burden is easy and My yoke is light....Thrive in the ease of it ALL...Together we can create anything - peace, unity, prosperity, love for all...

A couple of Abraham-Hicks thoughts recently are confirmation to me also of a very bright future...

Aren't you just thrilled that there are billions of beings of intelligence within you? Cells that each know what's best for them? And as they find what's best for them, it is ultimately what's best for you—unless you're focused upon something unwanted and using that as your excuse to block the flow. They are asking, Non-Physical is answering. Are you in the way or are you letting it flow? That's what this "Letting go and letting God" is all about. It's about relaxing and no longer hindering the communication between the individual askers. Every particle gets to individually decide. And as every particle asks, it is answered—and the Whole continues to thrive.

Most rarely align with their true power, because it seems illogical to them that there is power in relaxation, in letting go, or in love or joy or bliss. Most people do not understand that their true power lies in releasing resistance—which is the only obstacle to their true power.

Most people do not expect their path to great abundance to be one of ease and of joy. They have been taught that struggle and hardship and sacrifice are requirements that must be met before the reward of great abundance can be realized. Most do not understand that the very struggle they deliberately involve themselves in, in their quest for success and advantage, actually works against them.

There are so many things that you have been taught to believe that are counter to the powerful Laws of the Universe that it is difficult for you to think your way out. And that is the reason that we present this path of much less resistance.

We want you to breathe rather than try, to relax rather than offer effort, to smile rather than struggle, to be rather than do. For your true power is experienced only from inside the Vortex.

Talk about a confirmation to today's teaching...
The song "Woman in the Moon" was playing very loudly this morning in my head...
I was not even sure about the lyrics so I looked them up this afternoon...The phrase that was especially loud to me this morning was "I believe there's a best of both worlds
Mixing old and new..."

This is also a confirmation of what I have heard in my Spirit the past few days the you are not really "de-constructing" the Bible so much as "re-interpreting" it with new (NOW) relevance...or in your own words re-imagining it in modern context...
What a future we have together...

The Woman in the Moon lyrics
I was warned as a child of thirteen
Not to act too strong
Try to look like you belong bur don't push girl
Save your time and trouble
Don't misbehave
I was raised in a "No You Don't World"
Overrun with rules
Memorize your lines and move as directed
That's an age old story
Everybody knows that's a worn out song
But you and I are changing that tune
We're learning new rhythms from the woman
I said the woman in the moon
Little sister, little brother
Keep on pushin'
Don't believe a word about
Things you heard about
Askin' too much too soon
'Cause they can hold back the tide
But they can never hold the woman in the moon
I believe there's a best of both worlds
Mixing old and new
Recognizing change is seldom expected
As I long suspected
They believed that strange was a word for wrong
Well not in my song
'Cause you, you and I are changing that tune
We're learning new rhythms from that woman in the moon
Little sister, little brother
Keep on pushin'
Don't believe a word about
Things you heard about
Askin' too much too soon
'Cause they can hold back the tide
But they can never hold the woman
I said the woman in the moon...

Your message this morning came forth with such ease, it was a pleasure to experience it in person...

What I heard on the way home was this...

We can feed the hungry...
We can clothe the naked...
We can visit those in prison...
We can meet anyone at their point of need, BUT...

Reaching a person Spirit to Spirit with this message allows us to negate the need of doing any of the above as we no longer have in our midst hungry or naked or imprisoned people...

That is the true value in this message... in teaching the Jesus message... the gospel... the good news...
Let's spread this message far and wide and enjoy the benefit of it ALL...

Namaste...

(interesting to note that my spell check does not recognize the word Namaste and instead suggests the word Master...
Selah...)
