RAPTURE 2011

I'm posting this around noon on "Judgment Day", and, as of yet, no massive devastation has occurred in other parts of the world...it's not supposed to hit here until around 6 this evening, so I have a few hours to receive comments...but since the word RAPTURE, coined by Anglo-Irish evangelist John Nelson Darby (November i8, 1800 – April 29, 1882), has been referenced in the news so much over the last few days and weeks, I decided to repeat what I've been saying for years on the subject...in a word, I have no argument with any one's dispensationalist views, but I still believe that The Gospel is GOOD NEWS. PERIOD...let me put it this way...



I BELIEVE in a Pre-Tribulation Rapture of the Church...


If that doesn't happen...


I BELIEVE in a Mid-Tribulation Rapture of the Church...


If that doesn't happen...


I BELIEVE in a Post-Tribulation Rapture of the Church...


If that doesn't happen...


I BELIEVE that Jesus Christ will return to the earth in bodily form...


If THAT doesn't happen...


I BELIEVE that there will be a cosmic paradigm shift in the earth when EVERY eye will see Him (Revelation 1:7), recognizing Him as "the living God Who is the Savior of ALL men, especially of those who believe"
(1 Timothy 4:10)...

...that His salvation will ultimately reconcile ALL OF HUMANITY to Himself as the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world (Revelation 13:8)...the
Lamb of God who takes away the sin OF THE WORLD
(John 1:29)...

...that EVERY knee in heaven and on earth and under the earth will eventually bow, and that EVERY tongue in heaven and on earth and under the earth will eventually confess to the glory of God that Jesus Christ is Lord
(Philippians 2:9, 10)...

...that ALL were condemned in Adam, but ALL are justified in Christ (Romans 5:17-21)...for as in Adam ALL die, even so in Christ shall ALL be made alive
(1 Corinthians 15:22)...

...that Jesus Christ was and is the atoning sacrifice for the sins of the WHOLE WORLD (1 John 2:22), and because He was lifted up from the earth on the cross, He will ultimately draw ALL PEOPLES unto Himself
(John 12:32)...

...that the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and ALL HUMANITY shall see it together
(Isaiah 40:5)…

...that He will pour out of His Spirit on ALL HUMANITY
(Joel 2:28)...

...that it is not His will that ANY should perish (2 Peter 3:9), and that the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to ALL PEOPLE
(Titus 2:11)...

...that God was in Christ, reconciling THE WORLD unto Himself, NOT IMPUTING THEIR TRESPASSES TO THEM...
(2 Corinthians 5:19)!

...that GOD HAS NOT APPOINTED US UNTO WRATH, BUT TO OBTAIN SALVATION BY OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST
(1 Thessalonians 5:9)...

...that we shall not all sleep in death, but we shall ALL be changed
(1 Corinthians 15:51)...

...that all things shall be made subject to Him so that God may be ALL IN ALL
(1 Corinthians 15:28)...

...that Christ is ALL AND IS IN ALL (Colossians 3:11).

All the old fashions are now obsolete. Words like Jewish and non-Jewish, religious and irreligious, insider and outsider, uncivilized and uncouth, slave and free, mean nothing. From now on everyone is defined by Christ, everyone is included in Christ.(Colossians 3:11 - The Message)

No longer will they teach their neighbors, or say to one another, ‘Know the Lord,’ because THEY WILL ALL KNOW ME, from the least of them to the greatest. For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more.” By calling this covenant “new,” he has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and outdated will soon disappear.

I BELIEVE that, even though the word "rapture" is not in The Bible, there is, indeed, a revelation...a breakthrough...an enlightenment, if you will, of when "the Daystar arises in our hearts" and we really do begin to "love His appearing"...and that revelation...that "appearing"...happens on a daily basis...it's not an event, and it is nothing to be feared or dreaded...

I BELIEVE that WE are the Second Coming of Christ...that the Kingdoms of our God AND OF HIS CHRIST are being manifested in and through us, even in the midst of chaos on the earth...

I BELIEVE THAT IT IS THE GREATEST TIME TO BE ALIVE!

I BELIVE THAT I'LL SEE MANY OF YOU TOMORROW FOR CITN'S 26th ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION*!!!
