It's All Good

Hey bloggers,

My apologies for my absenteeism here on the blog, and last night at church. Basically, my doctor and Rockdale hospital decided that, after my having visited the facility a million times over the years, that they would like for me to spend a night and a day with them. So, for the first time in my 50 years I have now been hospitalized...but I’m home now.

Bottom line is I’m going to be fine, I just need to bring my blood pressure and stress level way, way down (so I may not return some calls and e-mail for a minute)…

Deb and I are going to take a drive tomorrow and look at the leaves (Dr.’s orders)…but I’ll put the blog back on active for a few hours.

Speaking of health, I hope you guys will come out to the prostate screening on Saturday (this isn’t the procedure that men dread so much, it’s just a 20 minute blood test that could add 20 years to your life)…

Peace,

Bish

(And a big shout-out to P. Scott for being extremely "instant in season" last night! From the CITN blog it looks like you did good, dude...)

It's all good and getting more better, and we all are going to help turn the stressing into stretching by doing our part in the EACH program, and by believing God by our actions with our tithes and offerings, and we are all going to pray for you more and lift up your arms as a huge team, and while all this is going on a move of God about love is going to break out in the land and it's going to spread to the nations, and everyones going to love everyone, and I'm saying all of this 'cause Bish, man I'm glad you aight!!!

And yes, one of your many right arms, smoked it last night...

"(Insert your name here), giving tells the Universe that you believe you are provided for. For even as you empty your purse, you fear not. The act alone is a demonstration of faith that you will remain whole, that your coffers will be replenished, and that love is what matters most.

And for whomsoever believes these things to be true, it shall become their reality, and abundance shall be showered upon them unceasingly, as if the heavens had opened up."

Bishop, His yoke is light, put all your cares at his feet, and he will take care of everything. By his stripes you are healed, For God so loved us so much he sent his son to to take the sin away from this world for all. Poverty, sickness and disease are a result of sin,and he finished it. Stress and high blood pressure must bow down to the name of Jesus. It is not if it is His will, IT IS HIS WILL THAT WE ARE TOTALLY RESTORED, BODY, MIND AND SPIRIT. So touch the screen, and By his stripes in Jesus Holy and Precious name You are Healed, restored, and full of peace and joy. (Just because you know these things, does not mean they do not need to be spoken). For it is Gods Will and our Faith that we are healed and restored to walk in the fullness of life that He wants and has planned out for us. We love you Bishop and Pastor Debye, enjoy the beautiful leaves and each other. In Jesus's Name I declare restoration Body, Mind and Spirit to be so. Love, Pamela and Spencer

Bishop...Spirit Dad...you MUST follow your doc's orders to the letter...and don't tell me the letter kills because this is SO NOT the same. I'm sure this is probably the millionth time you've heard that but oh well...deal. We all know that you have been stressed over recent events, but I have to say that you often hide it very well and unless one is really tuned into the spirit...well...most of us just didn't see the full extent of the toll our lack of action was taking on you, Bish, I am so sorry for all of this.

Oh...and the part where you said you owe us an apology? Well that's ludicrous...it is US that must apologize to YOU because if we were ALL DOING OUR PART...there would be a whole lot less stress in your life.

Ok...this is for the body...PLEASE listen and don't let any of this offend you but hear with your spirit ears:

To both our Father God and to our Spirit Dad, Bishop, forgive us...for we have sinned against you...but it is not going to happen again...right Church?!

This is NOT going to happen anymore! It is, indeed, a NEW DAY and we are NEW WINESKINS filled with the NEW WINE of the SPIRIT and because of that we MUST do our part in every way because it is the MOST IMPORTANT part of our LOVE COVENANT with GOD and with His body!

As the Word says,(paraphrased)"Love God with all you've got and Love your neighbor as you love yourself..." and "...anyone who SAYS he loves God but hates his brother is a liar..." and "Faith without Works is dead..." We REFUSE to be Lyin' and we REFUSE to be dyin'...again...EVER...right, Church?! I know how much we love our Bishop and I believe he knows that as well...but LOVE is not just a noun...LOVE IS A VERB...AN ACTION WORD! That's the way it's used most often in the Word and a HUGE part of our job as His Fam is to SHOW IT! DO IT! BE IT! (Hmmm...3-fold.)

Yes, it has been a very unusual year for many of us but it's all about that 3-fold cord God showed P-Debye...we feel like we're being wrung out and hung out...but we're actually being TWISTED...INTERTWINED...JOINED more tightly into the STRONGEST 3-Fold Cord EVER!

A while back I posted that God had shown me that when I thought I was hanging at the end of my own little fraying rope off the side of the mountain, I soon found that I was happily wrong. We were all hanging on ropes on the sides of that mountain and our ropes were all connected as in a net, and instead of being frayed and weak...the ropes were becoming stronger than steel. The most important part was knowing that we were all tied in together forming this giant network (NEXUS) of people all over the mountain of God and atop it is set a City of Light...THE CITY OF GOD from which the RIVER OF GOD flows out to the world around us. When we sing that great song that says "Greater things are yet to come, Greater things are still to be done in this city..." my spirit leaps with anticipation and joy! It's not just a great song, it's a BATTLE CRY! It's UP TO US...again as the Word says, "...AS HE IS SO ARE WE IN THIS WORLD!"

Bishop...we love you and I'm so glad to know that you are ok...it's very important to me (as it is to us all) that the people we love are ok...and I know we can all be a part of your being and staying OK...all the time. You have our prayers, our love, and you have our PARTICIPATION in ALL AREAS...E.A.C.H.©...that means us!

Thank you, GOD, for returning our Bishop to us safe and sound (and even more wise about his health)...we owe you even more than we did and while we know we cannot ever balance those scales, we can & will spend our lives doing our best to repay it by making CITN ALL that you want it to be, by fulfilling the call you have placed on us (individually and corporately), and manifesting the vision you have given us.

We are CHURCH IN THE NOW...and I'm SO proud of all of us because I know you hear my heart and I hear yours...GREATER THINGS! GREATER THINGS! GREATER THINGS! Let's GET GOING, CHURCH! We are CITN...Hear Us ROAR!

Special blessings of peace, joy, and health to you and your immediate fam, Bishop. May you all find yourselves resting in the shadow of the Almighty...there is no stress there.

And Love and Blessings to you, Blog Fam...

Bishop,

You have been in our prayers, so much so that we couldn't really go to sleep last night till we prayed for you again although we believed for a good report anyway. Being a trail blazercan indeed come with a price and speaking the Truth you do, even when it may be God even changing your paradigm from what was you traditional upbringing and belief must be hard. We applaud you for taking the high road and speaking what must be said amny times throwing caution to the wind. We truly have no other place we can go to hear the Word of Love and Mercy and Good News we hear in this place. Please rest and take care, don't be care(ful). We need you! We are holding up your hands. We're in this together.

Much love to you and Pastor Debye, enjoy!

YES AND AMEN Anon@1:28AM!! Halal to Jah!

Bish and P-Debye..."Can you feel the love tonight?" Hmmm...another Lion King reference? That movie is so spiritually connected to the Body...I love it when a puzzle comes together! ;)

Can You Feel The Love Tonight:
Music: Elton John; Lyrics: Tim Rice

There's a calm surrender to the rush of day
When the heat of the rolling world can be turned away
An enchanted moment, and it sees me through
It's enough for this restless warrior just to be with you

And can you feel the love tonight
It is where we are
It's enough for this wide-eyed wanderer
That we got this far
And can you feel the love tonight
How it's laid to rest
It's enough to make kings and vagabonds
Believe the very best

There's a time for everyone if they only learn
That the twisting kaleidoscope moves us all in turn
There's a rhyme and reason to the wild outdoors
When the heart of this star-crossed voyager beats in time with yours

More blessings Blog Fam!

PS...Has anyone else noticed that the word ver seems to be speaking now rather than cursing or given to jibberish? I'm actually getting whole words like winked, blinked, and nonread. (Yes, I was expecting "nodded" to follow too but didn't get it.) Do you think Blogger actually decided to change it or is it just random...is anything really random though? Ok...forgive me, I am trying to complete a bit of an extensive assignment and sometimes I feel I might be losin' my everlovin' mind :o Of course, that's not possible but you know what I mean, right? :-)

Pastor Debye,

Hey Bishop,

This post may be after the fact, but, an update on the leaves in North Georgia. They are just starting to turn. SO, if you missed it there's a reason to do it again, in a week or so. They were so beautiful last year it made me cry. We drive over Fort Mtn. I would recommend that.

I too had a problem with my BP for the first time ever when Jason left for the Army about 22 months ago.I had to do alot of things to bring it down. For me, I did not want to take medicine. I did it with meditation, food, exercise and prayer. It works. It didnt hurt that I told God that I believed that just becasue I am turning 50 and my mama had it, didnt mean I had to, right? That was my affirmation. I guess he agreed with me. I'm still good today. Yay!
The point is, the more I focused on having High BP, the more I had it.I was creating my own reality, or making it worse. OK Dr Debra is done now..Just my thoughts.
Breathe! Its all good.....
Love ya'll a lot.

Hey Bishop

Our prayers are with you. Remember seasons change and so will this season that you are experiencing.
So not only look at the leaves but also grag a cup of hot cocoa or apple cider and relax. You are healed and you are whole in the name of Jesus.

Bish,
Highlands NC would be a place to consider. Elevation 4118 feet above sea level. 441 north to Dillard GA. Look for signs to Highlands. 14 miles from 441.
Reminds me of a village in Vermont.
Also the leaves might be showing earlier color because of the higher
elevation.

I speak Peace to you Bishop, I command that every cell, every blood vessel, every muscle, every ligament, every organ line up with the Word of God. You are whole, you are healthy and by His stripes you are healed.

I have studied health and wellness for over 25 years and I have owned a herb business, and I am aware that many will try to advise you in this season. But I give this disclaimer, I just know what works and everyone that I have directed to this product blood pressure has come down so much so, that with continued doctor's care and monitoring, they were taken off of the pharmacueticals that was originally prescribed. Diet is very key as well as exercise which critical also.

The product is Pressure Lo - by Future Biotics sold in real health food stores like the one across from Walmart or the one of 278. It is all herbs and vitamins and it really adjust your blood pressure naturally.

Also, having your body in it's proper ph or alkalinity is extremlely important.

Anyway, there are other things as well, but this is great start. I just don't want to over/advise. I am sure that P. Debye is doing a great job nursing you.

Enjoy the foliage Bishop, the sun will come out although it is raining now. God is our healer. I bless God for your life. You will have great health and prosper even as your soul is prospering.

Divine Peace, Wealth and Health, Yve

Lsat night there was breath of refreshing air that puffed into my front door when it was opened for a welcoming. This morning the same refreshing was still lingering throughout the house.

Enjoy the beauty of color and breathe in the breath of God's refreshing. Recieve a bountiful harvest of the love/Love from which you have sown and nourished many seeds.

cloalli = Christ loves our actually letting love in.

We love you and are so glad you are going to be ok. Just a reminder to us how important to each of us you are and to this community. One person cannot do it all, but together we can. Also as far as the BP, meds may be necessary for a season, and that is ok. The body can take a minute to balance itself out. Not a death sentence or indication of the slotted pill box forever. Decrease in salt and increase in moments to just look around and know God is in control and there are so many things we can do absolutely anything about. That can do wonders. Take it from one who knows. BP has been normal for 6 months now with no meds!! As if you didn't get enough advise yesterday and here we all go throwing in our 2 cents worth - oh well, it is certainly all in love and we do love you. Enjoy your day and avoid phones e mails etc....might be a good idea to even save the blog for the evening! OHHH and best med, laughter!!! Quick Bailey story..while working on flash cards this week, I began to get a little flustered with her as she wasn't focusing and was instead looking out the window and spinning in her chair. I guess she heard me let out an impatient sigh and she turns around looks at the cards, points to her head and goes " this is my brain and it IS THINKING."

(Eph. 5:18,19)

When I survey the wondrous Cross
On which the Prince of Glory died
My richest gains I count but loss
And pour contempt on all my pride
See from His head, His hands, His feet,
Sorrow and love flow mingled down
Did e’er such love and sorrow meet,
Or thorns compose so rich a crown?

Praise for the morning!
Praise for the world!

Morning has broken, like the first morning
Blackbird has spoken like the first bird

Praise for the singing!
Praise for the morning!
Praise for them springing,
Fresh from the Word!

Praise Him for the morning!
Fresh from the Word!
Praise Him!

Mine is the sunlight!
Mine is the morning!
Born of the One Light Eden saw play!

Eden saw play,
Praise with elation!
Praise every morning!
God's recreation of the new day!

The new day...

Hear the bells ringing!
They're singing that we can be born again!
Christ is risen from the dead!

Hear the bells ringing!
They're singing that we can be born again!
Ringing; singing - BORN AGAIN!

The angel up on the tombstone said, He is risen! Just as He said!

Quickly, NOW!

GO!

TELL HIS DISCIPLES that JESUS CHRIST is no longer dead!

JOY TO THE WORLD!

HE IS RISEN!

HALLELUJAH!

HE IS RISEN!

HALLELUJAH!

HE'S RISEN!

HALLELUJAH!

HALLELULAH!

HALLELUJAH!

Hi Bishop, It's all good. You are always in my prayers - peace and rest to you.

Bishop, as you know I am really into living a healthy lifestyle. Go visit Debra Murphy in Ellijay - she has a beautiful home in the mountains by a creek and she gives AWESOME stone massages. She has healing hands - I know from experience.

Love ya,

Bishop,
I speak / type peace to your body and mind. I pray that you are restored this week and continue to find the tranquility and peace that you so often pray over us. How ironic it is to think back to Sundays sermon. May be peace be with you.
