The Sword In the Stone (Re-post)

Hey bloggers,

Pardon the technical difficulties (I need my computer back)...let me start over...

"It is the glory of God to conceal a matter,
but the glory of kings is to search out a matter."

(Proverbs 25:2)

Today I will live in the now! I will live in the now because the King of Kings has made me a king and a priest, and the glory of kings is to search out the mysteries that God has concealed. As in the legend of King Arthur and the sword in the stone, I am proving my divine rights to royalty by pulling the sword of the Lord (Hebrews 4:12; Ephesians 6:17) out of the Rock, Who is Christ! The part of the sword (Word) that is exposed is the logos Word given to everyone. That Word shows the way to salvation and all of its benefits and is available to "whosoever will." But the part that is hidden deep in the stone (the Cornerstone that the builders rejected) is the rhema word for my life, destiny and individual purpose. It is the word that is written to me only. No one can extract that sword from the rock (Rock) but me, and I assume my responsibility in finding my own path – working out my own salvation – surviving my own Garden of Gethsemane – so that I can pray, alone, through my own drops of blood for God's perfect will to be done in my life!

"Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out! ‘For who has known the mind of the Lord? Or who has become His counselor? Or who has first given to Him and it shall be repaid to him?' For of Him and through Him and to Him are all things, to whom be glory forever. Amen."

(Romans 11:33-36)

Good morning bloggers, It is funny how God changes our paradigms about things from one year to the next. In this economy, I am so grateful on this birthday to "daddy God" to have shelter, food, utilities (on), a car, reasonable health, raimant (not Raymond, family, church family and friends that I realize that I am blessed all year long and it is my reasonable service to be a blessing to all of those around me.

God is shaping and molding me in His image and Our God is great!

I bless all of the Cy-ber Congregation who have become a very strong presence in my thoughts daily, on the day in which I was born. Our life really is about blessing those around us.

By the way, it is a milestone year of 50 for me as well, Bishop. My hoola-hoop you gave me in April is going to get a run today LOL

Thank you Bishop for this forum that this exchange can take place.

love, Yvonne

"MY UTMOST FOR HIS HIGHEST"

By: Oswald Chambers

22 OCTOBER

{THE WITNESS OF THE SPIRIT}

"The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are the children of GOD." (Romans 8:16)

We are in danger of getting into a bargaining spirit with God when we come to Him-- we want the witness of the Spirit BEFORE we have done what God tells us to do.

Why doesn't God reveal Himself to you? He cannot. It is not that He will not, but He cannot, because you are in the way as long as you will not abandon yourself to Him in TOTAL SURRENDER. Yet, once you do, immediately God witnesses to Himself-- He cannot witness to you, but He instantly witnesses to His own nature in you. If you received the witness of the Spirit before the reality and TRUTH that comes from OBEDIENCE, it would simply result in sentimental emotion. But when you act on the basis of redemption, and stop the disrespectfulness of debating with God, He immediately gives His witness. As soon as you abandon your own reasoning and arguing, God witnesses to what HE has done, and you are amazed at your total disrespect in having kept Him waiting. If you are debating as to whether or not God can deliver from sin, then either let Him do it or tell Him that He cannot. Do not quote this or that person to Him. Simply Obey Matthew 11:28,"Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden... "Come, if you are weary, and ask, if you know you are evil (see Luke 11:9-13).

The Spirit of God witnesses to the Redemption of our Lord, and to nothing else. He cannot witness to OUR Reason. We are inclined to mistake the simplicity that comes from our natural commonsense decisions for the witness of the Spirit, but the Spirit witnesses only to His Own Nature, and to the work of Redemption, never to our reason. If we are trying to make Him witness to our reason, it is no wonder that we are in darkness and uncertainty. Throw it all overboard, TRUST IN HIM, and He Will give you the Witness of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Avatar, a good test to tell if the been juice might be, let's say a little questionable, would be to pour some on the ground and see if it runs or if it stands up by itself.

The pic - WOW!

Love the Scripture references. Also reminds me of Psalms 12:6.

The words of the LORD [are] pure words: [as] silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.

* Happy birthday, Yvonne

* Thank you, Scribe

Hello Bloggers. I wanted to share with you all something that happened this morning. I was in a conversation with a recent acquaintance, a christian, really excited about God and sharing about what God is doing in their life & all that (good conversation). Then they started to tell me about what a great sermon their pastor preached Sunday on hell, and all this stuff about how terrible hell was going to be for the people that went there, etc. etc. Then they invited me to their church. I really wanted to tell them what I believe about hell.... that I do not believe God is sending his children there to burn for eternity.... but I didn't. I'm not big on confrontation, to say the least. Is is bad that I didn't tell him what I believe??

I won't be going to the hell church this Sunday..... I'll be working in Dreamland, yeah that sounds MUCH nicer.

Speaking of searching out a matter, thanks to whoever gave us the little nugget about if rumors are true or not at Snopes.com. Let's just say if I get one more political e mail (from either side)
portraying negative trash, and real harsh stuff I might add...from details about killing babies and wounded vets being ignored... whose your mama, whose your daddy, did you eat a big mac for breakfast, did David Letterman say it or not.....?? My heart hurts that America succumbs to so much negative and is swayed by every written or spoken word that comes their way. I thought we were more mature than that. Dontcha just wish we had JUST ONE that would tell the truth?? Is that so hard?? Didn't mean to go off on a tangent, just to get to the blog I have to delve through so many e mails and the closer it gets to this election-the nastier it gets. Peace ya'll, kumbayah--I mean it.

Hey all

Think about this the sword in the stone v/s the spirit in you.
The Lord is the sword.
The stone is the gifts He has givin you.
When you try to pull the sword out small gifts are released.
When you come to a true belief that the Lord can and will do all he has and will say into your life , then you can take hold of the sword and pull it out.
You will be able to receive all the Lord has promised to you.
How Cool Is The Lord?!!!
He has givin us all we want and need. Believe in His word and you will receive all the things you are yet to see.

It is the glory of Kings to search out a matter.

This is the glory of Kings but the glory of those who revere God is to have secrets revealed to us. Those secrets are ours and those to whom we desire to also have them by our testimony.

God shows the depth of covenant to those who seek that deep place with all reverence and love.

It is the pleasure of Bishop and it is the same with all who are deeply in love with Christ to share all that is given to us with everyone.

Whenever anyone is filled with the love of God they are overfilled in their soul and must give it out or perceptually explode.

The gift of the apostle is to recieve and transfer this Word to those of us who are seeking.

We also give out what we have recieved to those we come in contact with, either intentionally or not.

This is the gospel of the continuing now.

The good news is compounded and magnified by each of us who love the Word.

Thank you Bishop for presiding over this house effectually.
