We're Back!

Hey bloggers...just got back from the Philippines a few hours ago, and I must say that it was, without a doubt, the best experience that I've ever had there! I'll be back later to post something about it (still unpacking and getting some rest), and I'll say more about the whole trip tomorrow morning at Body Builders, and tomorrow night at LifeSkills In The Now. In the meantime, I encourage any of you who went with me to post something about it from your perspective, and I'd also like for you all to be available tomorrow night to say something in the service.

Also, for those of you who didn't get a chance to respond to the conclusion of MITN XII before I closed the blog, you can do that now.

I love you all, and I've really missed being here every day...

Later

_____

...Later...Hey, I said that I would be back later to write more about the trip, but after updating all the other blogs, I'm ready to crash and try to get back on Western Hemisphere time...I'll see all of you Body Builders in a few hours...Peace!

Dear Bishop Jim Swilley,

My name is Oliver Bob, the one who gave you an article on the Candlestick from J. Preston Eby.

The Lord put it in my heart to give it to you during our siminar last week while I was in the HEAVENLY INFLUENCE OF THE JOY OF THE LORD.

It was a very great blessing to be able to attend the UNITE 2009 CONFERENCE in Ozamis at the Royal Garden Hotel. What a great honor it is to receive a Word from such a dynamic speaker speaking up on behalf (and in the nature) of the very Son of God.

I am greatly persecuted with what I have come to believe in the Word of the Kingdom. Please help me share your message along with brother J. Preston Eby to different churches in the Philippines as I know this will surely make a big difference in the church systems of today. Eby's teachings can be found at www.kingdombiblestudies.org and I am sure that his teachings does not contradict with God's revelation to you. John Preston Eby and other ministries with him perfectly sends out materials all across the globe for free. I am very much thankful to our Father because He has granted the Word of the Kingdom to be spread in the Philippines as well.

Just yesterday, I have received a rebuke from a dear and elder brother in the Lord for handing out to you an article which I have received from brother Eby. I was thought of as preaching a perverted religion and distroying 90% of Christianity by sharing this wonderful truth. I was threatened to be fired (once and for all) if I will not stop sharing about this message to Christian brothers and sisters when in fact I do not consider myself being hired but volunteering in the work of the Lord for the sake of sharing the GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD for my Love for God in Christ Jesus to Humanity.

We hope to be seeing you in God's time and in God's will here in Cagayan de Oro City to establish a strong foundation of the Present Revelations of God concerning the Whole Councel of God and God's purpose for His Church in the ages. May the ministry of reconcilation, the upwad call of Sonship, Kingship and Priesthood continue to be spread unbounded and unrestricted here in the Philippines and particularly in Cagayan de Oro.

Thank you for being a blessing to the Philippines.

In His Kingdom

Welcome home, Bishop and ministry team. Can't wait to hear the good report.

I've been relaxing and trying not to sleep too much since I've been back. I've been sharing for hours with my wife, Sharon, about all of the incredible experiences of our Philippines trip. She went 3 years ago and was excited to hear and see the pics.

I must say, this was a life-changing experience. For me, as a worship leader, the greatest experiences I had were in our worship times. It was so cool to lead and watch people who really worship with such passion and wild abandon! I was honored to get to spend a lot of time with Pastor Ging (Bishop Tommy's wife) and their worship team, Pinili (means Chosen in Cebuano). They are not only the real deal when it comes to worship, they are quite excellent in their musical abilities. I did a worship concert with them on Saturday night and had the time of my life.

I think what I came back with more than anything else though, are the relationships I developed with the most precious people I've ever met. I have to give a shout out to my new and wonderful friend, Pastor Jun. He captured my heart! Love you, dude!!

I was so impressed with the Filipino version of CITN in Ozamiz City. Bishop Tommy & Pastor Ging Smith are rocking the place. The standard of excellence really stands out in the midst of the poverty and pain. They have really taken the Gospel of the Kingdom and the power of love to another level and are causing the mindsets of the people to rise above the circumstances that they live in. Pastor Joshua Foster is doing a great job with the graphics and has met a beautiful lady in his fiance, Joy.

Antonio, the band leader/guitarist became my good friend and really sealed our covenant with a really cool guitar necklace that he removed from his own neck to give to me! Love you, man! And to the rest of the band - Kadafy, Ban Ban, Janmark, Jeto, Gang Gang and Do Dang; I love you guys!!

I totally fell in love with the people of the Philippines and can't wait to go back next year and take the family with me.

And to the team that went - Bishop, Chad, Phil, Ernie, Avery and Chris - I love you guys! It was awesome ministering with you and hanging out with all of you! Bishop absolutely rocked the house and deposited such incredible revelation into the lives of so many pastors. The Philippines will never be the same! LOVE never fails!!

We had such a great time! I'm totally exhausted, but feel so complete and satisfied. And to all of my new brothers and sisters in Ozamiz City, I love you more than I can say! It was your anointing and love that kept me crying pretty much the whole time I was there! Especially that last round of good-byes at Bishop Tommy's when I thought we were done with that.

Thank you Bishop for the opportunity!

Love to all!
Pastor Jimmie

Looking forward to tomorrow!
Still "recovering" after getting through the first 100 pages of "The Shack" last night-that Lady that collects the tears in the bottle had to bring over a six-pack for me!

So happy to hear about your excellent experience Pastor Jimmy- am I allowed to say you deserve it? God knows how much you are appreciated here and the way you & the N.O.W. welcome in the Holy Spirit. Great to have you back!

Welcome back everyone!

I feel amplified just by reading the few posts here already.

Mr.Lagumen. Yes and amen.

The same Holy Spirit that has apprehended you, is very resident and involved in that same apprehension here. Each on their own trajectory, we also are desiring ears to hear the Ram's Horn from heavens door call saying, "Come up hither!", showing and leading us into things happening in the eternal Now.
Grace, and peace, and power through you, by the Holy Spirit and unto the nations. I feel like calling you the Audiologist, because when you call God's people out of Babylon, ears pop open!

Pastor Jimmie, thanks for sharing that. It made it sound so real.

Hey there Larry,

The Shack is just one of those books that couldn't be written until God said it was time. I'm glad that now is that time! Draw near the Spirit.

Again, praises with you all and shared celebrations in your gainful and valuable trip. Glad your back.

Here's another "gem" I got via email today... so glad the blog is back so I can share.

Brother Lagumen,

Thanks for getting in touch with me so quickly. I am really glad to hear from you.

The UNITE 2009 conference was a great success, and I believe that much good will come as a result of it. Thanks for being there.

Dr. Eby is a great man of God. I don't know him personally, but we have a mutual friend in Dr. Harold Lovelace, and I have used his materials in putting together the Schools of The Bible. His explanation of the Lake of Fire has been particularly valuable to me.

Concerning persecution for the word's sake, don't be weary in well-doing, and remember that love never fails.

I would love to come to your area in the future. All things are possible.

Please keep in touch.

Peace to you...

dear Bishop Jim Swilley and the rest of the team who left a great revelation here in Ozamiz City.

I'm so glad reading your message Bishop Jim and the comment of Pastor Jimmie. I'm Richard one of the bible school student here in Ozamiz City. It's my third time opening the website, trying to check if you have posted messages about the trip here in the Philippnes. I'm just too excited reading these messages. And for this 3rd time, I already find it. I can't help leaving a comment for this.
It is a pleasure for us in helping the UNITE 2009 to be a great success in advancing God's Kingdom here in the Philippines.
We miss all of you here in Ozamiz City. As what you've said Bishop Jim we may be distant from each other but i believe that we were united through Spirit. We will continue watching you through the SOTB dvd's and we'll continue to grow in Christ.
I'll pass this info about your message, i'll let others read this. I'm sure this computer will be packed with excited people to read the messages.
We LOVE you Bishop Jim, Pastor Jimmie, Pastor Ernie and Avery, Pastor Phil, Pastor Chad and Chris Bell..

Bishop,
I thank God for You and the rest of the Team’s safe return home. We missed you guys very much.
Thank you for walking in love and ministered with love to the Philippines people.
But, as much as we did miss you, the Holy Spirit and Pastor Debbie were dynamites.
The Message about “WE GOT THE POWER”! Was electrified!!

Dear God,

Thank You, for bringing our Bishop and all the Ministers back home safe form the Philippines.
Thank you, for Your faithfulness towards them.

Guys,
Thank you to all of who answered God’s question. “WHOM SHALL I SEND?” (Isaiah 6:8A)
And all of you answered: “HERE I AM SEND ME!”
(Isaiah 6:8b)

May the Lord continue, to bless you all towards your Calling of being a Missionary? And Through this Ministry, the Gospel will be Preach and reach the thousands and millions of people that still in this Day leave in darkness,

Peace and Love,
To you All

Glad to hear you all are back safe in the good ole USA. Debbie did a great Job Sunday but it is not the same without you there. Don't get me wrong that lady can preach! she is fuuaal of the Holy Ghost! I know you needed to go but I know you are glad to be back too. I have been working on a website project for a web directory for all the different believers in UR. Trying to put it all in one place so that it will be accessible to all. though some may disagree on the "process" all agree on the "Promise" of God to save ALL! Actually Rick Spencer had the vision for the project, I am trying to design and build a web site to put that vision to work.

It is late I have to go to bed.

welcome home!

Oh, I got your message Donald, as I guess you just read, I have been very busy....

we are all OK though, I almost forgot about the ice storm, guess that is what you were concerned about. yes it did put us out of power for about a week, some will not get power for several more weeks. It is the worst I have ever seen. I have never seen so many high line poles down and very large trees downed. my mother and brother are still out of power. and my mother's house is a mess. she had a lot of big trees around it. as some of you know we are living in an apartment for the time being, until the renters move out of our smaller house. but we really needed to sell the big one. guess we got out of there just in time I talked to the new owners and they said it would be a long time before they get power. I guess they get power back to these apartment buildings faster because there is so many people here in one place. there is about five three story buildings here full of apartments.

we don't realize what take for granted until we loose it. my fingers are too tired to even begin to write all I could say about being without electricity. In short...it ain't good!!! well I guess it was good, in that it brought families and communities closer together and made us realize how much we really need each other and God's Grace to get us all through it. which also builds our relationship with God.....yep its all good!!!

God bless,
Peace,
Dennis

Welcome back Bishop, Pastor Jimmie, Pastors Ernie & Avery, Pastor Chad, Pastor Phil and Chris !

We have had a great time the last 10 days, and Pastor Chad, the poem the last Sunday you were here was excellent, as was always the worship service Pastor Jimmie, and of course the message , Bishop.

I had a great time last Sunday, watching the Super Bowl at 40,000 feet, God is so cool in the big picture and the small details, such as watching the Super Bowl, flying across the country, conversing with my seat mate about God and the beauty of creation. I did not know it while we spoke, only as we exited the plane, but he is a Priest who in our conversation shared how Jesus is way more than Adam, and nothing Adam ever did compares to the power of The Blood. All are ‘saved’, God’s train fills the temple of our lives and of this world, from every angle.

During the meditation before and during our conversation, following the excellent message regarding Power through Pastor Debye, and the beautiful Praise & Worship led by Pastor Casey (sp?) , the following emerged. ----

-------

30,60, 100 fold return ---

From the beginning – 30 fold – God above us, 60 God among us, 100 God within us.

See God, The Christ, The Messiah, The Rabbi in each face, in every eye. God within us and all creation. The Name Within ALL Names, the expression of every single identity.

The Anointed One, Faithful and True, transmits the power through each of us. – That is the trust experience in this phenomenal world God creates through us ALL.

The One within all, and whose name fills every name, gives each of us the stone with our full identity, our NAME God has created for us ALL. It is a name ONLY God and We each know, written on our ‘thigh’ –our ‘support’.

Our name is what God expresses in this wonderful, phenomenal world. Each name is a unique identity and expression of God in this world. We and Each of us compose God’s expression.

--------

Gumbo is an orchestra of flavor and sensations while not one losses its specific identity.

To Bishop,

Thanks for everything! You have been a blessing to us and to all the Filipinos. The message that we received brought such peace, love and liberty. The Unite 2009 Conference was really overwhelming and liberating.

Pastor Jimmie- you are awesome! what more can i say...Hehe!

Pastors Avery and Ernie, Pastor Chad, Phil and Cris, I'm thankful that you came. You guys are a blessing! Thanks for everything.

Bishop,

Welcome Back Home to you and all the ministry team who accompanied you to the Philippines ! I'm certain that your presence rocked the entire Pacific Rim through the Power of the Holy Spirit. We rejoice with you as God manifested His Glory in new and exciting ways, not only in that nation, but those nations that you are yet to embark upon--- unchartered territories. May the Lord be magnified through all the earth and every place that the soles of your feet tread upon and the sound of your voice is heard be taken by storm with the dominion and authority of the Holy Spirit! Amen.

The Spirit of the Lord says: Clap your hands, all ye' nations and shout with voices of victory, triumph, and praise, for if my presence be lifted up, then all people shall be drawn near unto Me. For it is not by might, nor by power, but through the Holy Spirit that the bound are released from captivity, the tormented receive Peace of Mind which surpasses all understanding and the houses of God and of My people are set in Divine Order! For this is day that I- the Lord Almighty have made and all are to REJOICE and be glad in it. Let everything that have breath Praise ye' the Lord, for this marks the Phenomenal Season of New Beginnings and Supernatural Turnarounds. I am the same God yesterday, today, and forever more, YET I am doing things differently than they have been done previously. Therefore, those that have attempted to box me in to doing things in the ways that they deem comfortable and familiar, Those things have passed away, for I am unable to pour NEW WINE into old wineskins, fore the old wineskins are unable to be stretched beyond capacity without Breaking! Selah... and why should I attempt to pour fresh oil into those vessels that will only leak it out as but waste and not functioned as finely tuned vessels and New Instruments where I desire to create New Sounds, Grand Songs, and Pure Dance. For the Oil of the Holy Spirit is to lubricate that which is rusted, stagnant, and not moving ! I am the Lord Almighty and worthy to be praised. Let all who be underneath the sound of my voice right now hear and discern, then Quickly Obey the instructions that I am speaking to them, not just on a collective level, but individually in their own lives. For if they refuse to obey me and adhere to my commands concerning their personal livelihoods, then they shall make excuses as to why they are not comfortable with that which I am requiring of them as a body Corporately ! Selah...

This, my dear people, is of no laughing matter. The JOY of the Lord is your strength indeed, yet my joy overflows when my people worship Me- the Lord of Hosts in Spirit and in TRUTH... not the truth as they choose to see it, nor the truth that they are comfortable in accepting, but MY ABSOLUTE DIVINE TRUTH which is without flaw or blemish. Let the Redeemed of the Lord ARISE to assume RESPONSIBILITY for not only those things that be pleasing to the flesh, but as well assume ownership of that which was / is done both in and out of the darkness indeed! Many claim to love me and come in the "name of Peace", yet Peace does not abide within them as they are busy sowing discord among the brethren, bound by Confusion, Pleading Ignorance, backbiting, maligning, Gossiping, Slandering my bondservants. This is but pure wretchedness, says God. I am the Lord Almighty and I see all, hear all, and Know all. Those things done in and out of the darkness shall be exposed in the Limelight of the Holy Spirit and only a Heart of True Repentance, brokenness, Openness, and Absolute Humility shall be accepted as sacrifice. Yet and still, says God, True Repentance requires them to TURN FROM THESE detestable practices, which entails Change of Mind, change of Heart, and change of Attitude, whereas behavior modifications are not the answer because unless the Mind is changed, the Behaviors shall remain and resurface. Selah...

Let my people, whom I call by my Holy Name stand up for what is right and just at all times. Let them come clean and open before me, while striving to do what is right and just at all times, not simply what feels right, but what Is right in mine own eyes. You are to submit ALL UNTO ME for examination and be willing to be Purged through the Holy Ghost Fire and Consecrated from the Inside Out, for purification comes through the burning of the flesh and old mindsets. I am the Lord of Hosts and may those who claim to Know me come into alignment with MY WILL, not make excuses as to why they are Unable to advance past the old way of doing things. For if they be dead set on doing that which they have always done and it proves unfruitful and nonproductive, and without remorse, then they have set themselves up for failure. For I- the Lord thy God do things from the Inside Out. Although they may be able to fool the people for a season, I am never fooled, neither shall I be mocked or ridiculed.

I am the Way, the Truth, and the Light. Therefore, precious people, come out from underneath the yokes of self-imposed bondages that so easily beset you. I am leading you to the Water and Rivers of Life that you may not die of dehydration, yet you must be willing to Drink that which I have provided which nourishes and sustains, rejuvenates, and restores. True Restoration comes about through Cleansing of the Heart, Purifying of the Mind, and Wholeheartedly SURRENDERING ALL UNTO ME, the good, bad, ugly, and indifferent. Inquire of Me- the Lord Almighty whatsoever you will, and first I shall show you the areas that require spiritual overhaul. So, reject not that which I desire to pull out at the roots, for when the root of a thing is plucked up, then everything connected to that root must die.

Standfast! and behold the Salvation of the Lord in the Land of the Living, for I AM COME to set the records straight, the captives free, and the houses in Order. Do not get caught with your pants down, your work unto me undone, and especially not THROWING ROCKS AND HIDING YOUR HANDS, for this brings about Maximum Exposure, declares the Lord of Hosts. Should my people truly desire ALL OF ME and none of themselves, then they are to ABANDON those ways and practices of the wicked and pious. There is no place for Jealousy, Envy, Greed, Tale Bearing, Malice, and All Purpose Busy-Bodying in my Kingdom, for when you are Truly about My Works, you MUST BE in Communion and continuous Fellowship / Right Relationship with me, which should not leave idle time for attending the affairs and minding the households of others! If you dare not be a Help, with a PURE HEART, then do NOT HINDER OTHERS, nor set traps around them. For the traps that are set for others, those setting up the traps shall be ensnared by the words of their own lips and the works of their own hands ! REPENT NOW! I say unto thee, for I am HERE, I am PRESENT, I am NOW and IN THE NOW, declares God. Let not mine admonishments fall upon deaf ears, for I am the Lord and I shall shed light on ALL dirt that has been swept underneath the rugs. Selah... Stand in Awe of my Greatness and Sovereignty with uplifted hands that I may examine your hands for bloodshed and treachery.

Prepare for Outpouring of the Holy Spirit, where POWER, Agape Love, and TRUTH shall reign Supreme. It is the Goodness and Mercy of the Lord that brings about Repentance. And where TRUTH of the Holy Spirit Abides, the LOVE OF GOD permeates. This is the day that the Lord has made and all are to REJOICE AND BE GLAD IN IT! Draw near unto Me and I shall show up in mighty ways where there shall be no doubts as to Who is In Charge. Selah.. Amen.

As my people desire MY BEST, they must Give me Everything and Hold Onto Nothing but my Word, walking in my Precepts and My Love where no hidden agenda has precedence. Amen.

I AM THE LORD of Might and Strength, so let everything that Have Breath Praise Ye' the Lord. Rest in Me and Peace Be Still. Let the Peace and Grace of the Lord thy God forever be with thee, and I have not come to condemn you, but to save you from unnecessary calamity. The Kingdom of God is within you, so do not grow tired in doing what is Right, simply because it is Right- not what is right in your own eyes, but what is right before me- the Sovereign Lord by way of the Holy Spirit. As total transformation of the Minds and Purification of the Hearts become Prerequisite to you, THEN all things are Made New and situations and circumstances with change, through diligence, persistence, patience, obedience to MY INSTRUCTION, and steadfast prayer for the Nations and others, not just for self. Step Outside of Yourselves, Do not get Beside Yourselves, and Consider Me and your Brothers / sisters First. For when one gets besides Himself, He is but Double Minded, and the double-minded are unstable in ALL OF THEIR WAYS, and should not expect to receive anything from Me- the Lord of Hosts... Receive the Word of the Lord thy GOD- Forever Faithful This Day, Meditate, come into my presence as I abide within thee, and become Empowered for Complete Overhauls in the Mind, Body, and Spirit! Rejoice! for this is a Glorious Day to abide in the Land of the Living. Incredible Breakthroughs and Manifestations are just over the Horizon of the NEW DAY and NOW SEASON! Selah... Amen.

This past week was awesome in the Philippines was awesome beyond words.
It's hard to articulate the experience. There aren't enough adjectives in the human language that could do it justice...and I ain't kiddin too!
This was my 5th trip there. The previous 4 were life-changing and unique in their own way. But this one was was in a class all by itself.
The theme for the conference was "Unite", and unity was certainly accomplished. Hearts and minds were awakened to our inherent oneness and that revelation was not only recieved, but has been carried back to the communities and churches of the Pastors and leaders who attended.
Bishop Tommy and Pastor Ging, along with Bishop Jim and the team who went set things in motion this week that will continue to gain momentium for years to come.
I am proud to have been a witness to history in the making.

Peace to All,

Bishop, in BB I loved all of the points you made but specifically about how the negative really isn't negative because the thing or person or circumstance is there for our greater good. All things work together.

You spoke of a pastor who you could have rebuked but instead you walked in love and mercy towards this man of God. And of being careful not to speak evil over our neighbors because in Jesus commandments, as important as loving God is loving our neighbors as ourselves. So simple and yet so profound.

Thank you for being obedient to the Holy Spirit, as well as your team who went with you and being an extension of the Church in the Now.

We really do "have the power" Pr. Debye....beautiful confirmation.

“Wisdom” is the biblical term for this on- earth- as- it is- in- heaven everyday living.

“Wisdom has to do with becoming skillful in honoring our parents.

You’re blessed when you meet Lady Wisdom, when you make friends with Madame Insight. She’s worth far more than money in the bank; her friendship is better than salary. Her value exceeds all the trappings of wealth; nothing you could wish for holds a candle to her. (Proverbs 3:13-15)

DEAR LORD,
Help Gavin w. Scott to set aside his shortsighted goals and desires
and honestly seek your will!!!

Train his heart for contentment
and guard it from the temptations of busy living.

Give him a love and passion for home
and a genuine trust in his parent’s leadership.

so that he might glorify and enjoy You forever.

It was amazing to hear tonight the testimonies from the people who went to the Philippines. I knew you all would come back changed, as we were when we came back from Uganda. I could feel each of you as you spoke, God is moving in the world, and once again we proclaim ‘How great is our God!’

As Pastor Chad was speaking about love and how it is truly contagious. It reminded me of a dream I had just yesterday.

In the dream there were several people standing in front of an auditorium facing the stage. They were dressed in white robes, each one had a circular rainbow hovering over their heads like a crown, and bright lights radiated from their eyes.

From behind a curtain on the stage God came out and went to each person, taking a sword and moving under their feet, as if to sever something that was tethering them to the ground. He put something in their hands, and then He moved His hand over their lips imparting something to them. Finally He whispered something in their ears, and left.

Then all of a sudden there was a God like voice that surrounded the room. But as the people who were standing in the front turned around I noticed the voiced was coming from them. They were speaking it in unison and it sounded like God. As they spoke it became louder and louder.

Then they beckoned their loved ones to come join them in the front. As we approached them, they opened their hands and in them where flames. They took their hands and placed them on ours. When they let go, there were flames in our hands. But flames in their hands did not get smaller, it was bigger and more intense, its light was brighter and the heat warmer then before they touched us.

Then we reached out and touched other people hands that were in the crowd, and in their hands became flames, and now our hands shown brighter and gave off more heat. This continued to happen until each person was touch in the room, and then it moved out side to the people who had gathered there. Eventually it reached around world, illuminating it with the flame.

I woke up, and immediately wrote it down. I wasn’t going to share it until I heard the testimonies tonight. I believe the flame is love, and the more we share it, the more our love becomes brighter and gives off more heat. Until the whole world is effected by the love of God, and is warmed by its heat.

You know, we have to be the light; we have show God’s love to all, so they will know it. We have to be the miracle…. The miracle of grace and mercy, but more importantly the miracle of love.

Illuminating the world with the light of love.
Iris.

Develop a Habit of Speaking Positively
Dr. Frederick K.C. Price
Christians need to learn how to be positive.
By this I mean positive in line with God's plan and purpose. I am not talking about the power of positive thinking just as some kind of esoteric regimen.

That is good, but it is not good enough for us to achieve what God would have us to achieve.

This is the point I want to make. Thinking positively is always better than thinking negatively, and it will put you in a better frame of mind to accept what is going on around you.

However, it will not change your circumstance. On the other hand, the power of positive confession, in line with God's Word will change your circumstances in a positive way.

Jesus said, in Mark 11:23:
"For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.
That means you will have the negative as well as the positive. If you do not want the negative, you had better stop saying the negative.

Why not say something that will help reinforce in me positive ideas so that I develop it into a habit. When I get to a situation in life, I do not have to say, "What shall I say now?" I don't want to say "Take care." I don't want to say "She makes me sick." When I develop a habit of speaking positively, I will not have to say that, because it will become as easy as breathing, an automatic reflex action. According to Mark 11:23, the will of God is for us to say it with our mouth and believe it in our heart.
I want to show you a mathematical equation so that you will understand how important the things I have stated are. If the number of times a thing is repeated is any indication of its importance, then we need to be very careful that we learn the lessons that the Spirit of God is showing us in the Word of God. As we read Mark 11:23 again, I will point out this mathematical equation:
"For assuredly, I say to you, whoever (1) says to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but (1) believes that those things he (2) says will be done, he will have whatever he (3) says.
Notice the ratio, 3 to 1. Jesus only mentions "believing" one time, but He mentions "says" three times. I wonder is the Man trying to tell us something. Yes! He knew that Christians would not have a problem with the believing part because they will believe anything, even a lie.
People do not have a problem with believing. However, where they fall short is "saying." "Honey, you ain't gonna get me to say that! I ain't gonna say that I got something I can't see. You ain't gonna make a fool out of me!"

Jesus knew that people would not have a problem believing. Their problem would be confessing or saying. Inhibitions, self-centeredness, not wanting to look different to other people are problems for most people.
Now, we will dress like a fool and look different, but for some reason, that does not bother us. However, when it comes to saying something that lines up with the Word of God that is a problem. When it comes to the things of God, most people suddenly have this great spirit of sincerity rising up in them.
This great "honesty" spirit comes on them, and this great desire to be perfectly circumspect. Yet, oftentimes they say they have things that they do not have and never think anything about it.
Here's an example:
"Say man, I haven't seen you in a long time. When are you going to give me my five dollars you told me you were going to give me three weeks ago?"

"See me Friday I'll have some money then."
You are telling a lie. Friday has not come yet. The company you work for may go bankrupt and if it does you will not have any money on Friday. However, you are already confessing the future, and you have no problem with that.
"Meet me right here outside the gate, and I will have my paycheck on Friday."
We do not have a problem with that because we believe the word of men. The man told you he was going to pay you on Friday. The man always says and does what he says he is going to do; but God, you cannot count on God.
If God says it will come to pass, it may not. We have great confidence in the words of men and based on their word, we will go out telling it all over town.
The power of positive confession works. If you believe that it will come to pass, you have to say it. We receive what we say if we believe it in our heart. This is the Word of God!

Peace!

Bishop,
It's chad. I don't want any wierdness from you about me not preaching in the Phillipines. This trip has unquestionably changed me. The move of God was so powerful in that place and I got to be there. I got to participate. I got to have it for myself. I see now that I wanted to preach for me. But what God had in mind was what I really wanted. I thank God that I lost favor at the beginning. I wasn't there to preach. I just didn't know this. I was there to learn more about love. To perfect the call of love God has placed on my life. I got to learn and live on a level I hadn't before and I PRAISE GOD that He forgave my intentions and gave it to me anyhow. God loves the crap out of me. You listened to the Holy Spirit more than your desire to help me. I know this. There is nothing greater you can do in front of me. I love you now more than ever.

chad

Oh! Isn't it cool how when we get back from a mission trip, everyone REALLY has something to say. Not this superfical, mumbo jumbo crap, but this deeply beatiful place that has been ripped out of us. That's why I go. I don't know about you, but that why I go.

Wow Iris. What a most beautiful dream...

The rainbow is so magnificent. Seven colors, yet One rainbow.

And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald. - Rev 4:3

Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and His glory shall be seen upon thee. And the Gentiles (nations) shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising. - Isa 60:1-3

The light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun (the glory of Christ) shall be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day that the Lord bindeth up the breach of His people, and healeth the stroke of their wound. - Isa. 30:26

This one is for the cybers.
Before the service tonight I was sitting at the computer and was looking over the 25 some odd rooms on Yahoo Messenger labeled Christianity under the Religion section. I thought to myself, why not invite them to the service. So in about 15 minutes times I had sent out a Join us in the Lord in the now - Service LIVE ONLINE - Church In The Now www.churchinthenow.org/Broadcast.html
to about half of those rooms and about 400 people. Maybe only one came, but what if it was one sent by God?
What kind of call in the cyber streets could we make together before church if we went out into all the creeds and cultures of the world, in every room saying, "Come!". Maybe even waiting a few seconds before we left each portal to wait for that one person who might say, "Who are you?"

I'm saying this of behalf of streamers who cant get ITB. Especially in light of what Pastor Chad said tonight. I really appreciated your sentiments when you conveyed that we feel so blessed and loved by God to have ever even found this place. The privilege to get to even be here. I see that charter populace growing. Many more around the whole world are waiting for the stone to land in giants head.

Let us be the sling!

Continue to let the Spirit inspire us to fresh ideas in spreading the real good news of love, peace, harmony, and forgiveness. Fill us with joy in doing good to those on every side, in every camp. The lands and nations really are being inspired and coming to life.

MAGNIFY AND MULTIPLY CHRIST'S LOVE!

To say that I'm proud of you would be a gross understatement...

You are a blessing to all of us, and a strength to me...

Thank you for everything...
