So True

Fear the doubt we should live without. Go boldly into each day. Concentrate on His Holy words and you will see. Fear goes to Courage. You will see your breakthrough when you are in Him.

Amen!

Confidence: the art of focusing our malleablè memories on successes and renaming any"failure" to the truth...it was good, it is good and it really for real will ALL be good.

I just read today that our bodies don't know the difference between a memory and a today event. Remembering successes is as if they happened today...and all on one day! Isn't that cool?

Today as I was driving and listening to a CD, I meditated on these lyrics:

I pray that God would fill your heart with Dreams......and Faith give you the Courage to Dare to do Things

I'M here for you Whatever this Life brings....let my Love give you Roots; to help you find your Wings

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Once you have your wings, you can go....go where you will, go where you dare, go where you wonder, go where you dream.
I came to a "fork" this week, with a decision. Employment has been a situation in prayer and request for months. Finances have been tough. A very "lucrative" job was offered, not once, but twice in a weeks time, each time with more "benefits"....and additional promises of longevity, wealth,(as it be) power, prestige.(within the job market)
I DECLINE. I DECLINED. I offered it to someone else. I feel like a conduit, a bridge, a connector.
I've been criticized & scoffed at, by some that should love and "get me".
I have a clear view of where HE wants me to head. Where HE's clearly leading me. It's a new road, it's a lot of change in it's way, much is shaken, much is still to be figured out. BUT the one clear thing to me, was the Peace and KNOWLEDGE in my being, in my inner most Spirit, that I was choosing to serve HIM in a ministry I have become very close to in the past year, and I will wait for the opportunity there, as it IS coming....just in HIS time.
I see the fork as a new opportunity to learn more, to see more, to serve more, to love more. ALL FOR HIM.
I for one, am not afraid of the fork!
PEACE,
Northern Light
Northern Light and River,
Your words are very powerful and strengthening to my soul tonight. Thank you for your contribution to us all here today.
Ramana stopped and looked around. He spied a rain puddle along the path and drew Savitri toward it. "Do you see the sun reflected in the puddle?"
Savitri nodded. "I do."
"Then watch."
Ramana stepped into the water , stirring up the mud and roilng the water's smooth surface. "Can you still see the sun's reflection?" Savitri admitted that she couldn't. "This is why people cannot find the soul," said Ramana. "It is muddied by the mind's constant activity and confusion. When I destroyed the sun's reflection I didn't kill the sun. It is eternal, and nothing I can do can extinguish it. Now you know the secret of the soul, which even death cannot extinguish."
Savitri grew grave and thoughtful. "This is something I want to believe."
"You are still afraid," Ramana said gently, "but learn this one thing. Do not trust reflections, nor if you want to see reality."
Savitri looked thoughtful as they continued to walk, her hand softly placed in the monk's.
If there are dreams about a beautiful South Africa, there are also roads that lead to their goal. Two of these roads could be named Goodness and Forgiveness.
A cool (ok, irritating, but still really cool) thing about Holy Spirit is that He will CONTINUALLY (and creatively), without tiring, bring us to a place that SHe wants us to notice...relentlessly continuous! So even continually fearing making a mistake is a message from Her...or continually actually making a "mistake"...both are His calling to notice Him! Grace and mercy are standing by [cool confirmation, Searshing (re-tweeted from South Africa!, on Twitter)--oh my!]...look over here!
I have a gift for you! ME!
And once I notice Him? THAT will make all the difference. I will have taken HER fork in the road [great Yogi quote, SOZ] and be on my way to walking in His courage [so true, River and NL] and Her ordered steps that for sure will change my personal world [wings! NL], will definitely change those around me and may even bring about the coming of the Kingdom on the whole earth!
Btw...what I kept continually noticing was the "Y" in the pic, continually! Which led to noticing "continually"...which led to noticing the flow of the posts...which led to this post.
HS, thanks for the fork!...(smile!)...and especially for You in everyone here!
Perry Mason's "only lost case" is in the news: here's a relevant quote from an article on the hit TV series that has been compared to Superman:
"Lacking the suspense of guilt versus innocence, the audience tuned in to see what new twist would save the day for Mason's client."
Bishop, good morning and thank you for this quote and picture. It kinda makes me think of a double-minded man...he's going nowhere.
He's a real nowhere man,making all his nowhere plans for nobody.
Going to Augusta today with Natasha. She's doing some freelance makeup work with the cosmetic company Benefit, special event at the mall there. Please pray for safe travel for us, favor and blessings.
Also it is our 17th wedding anniversary today...we're planning on dining out after the event before coming home...thanks to you and anyone in agreement.
I also just posted the AYITN from July 15-Living Water over on my blog;www.kingdomquest1.blogspot.com
I pray that as you seek rhema word and revelation today that the Lord would pour out wonderful things from His Spirit, into yours!
Wonder how many times Mr. Hubbard scribbled that before he presented it to his colleagues.
The greatest cake you can bake is spice, continually smearing...
No... that's not it. It's like... it's right here. What is it?
The plate is steak you can take a knife...
Eh... no... what is wrong with me?! (snags a bag of Bugles)
The great escape you can take is pi, continually hearing...
Hmm...I like it... you dunna know what it is.
