Checking In

Yesterday's services at CITN were excellent...sorry I kept losing my train of thought during the 11 AM sermon, but thanks for helping me stay on track and on task by reminding me where I was in the outline (got a lot on my mind)....squirrel!...and thanks to those of you who already bought tickets for the 25th Anniversary celebration...I appreciate it...

Anyway, here's some things I posted on FB recently...and read today's AYITN...it's a good one...

“Don't wait until everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions. So what. Get started now. With each step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and more self-confident and more and more successful.”
- Mark Victor Hansen

(Yesterday) I've used this b4 but it's worth a repeat: “When you have come to the edge of all light that you know, and are about to drop off into the darkness of the unknown, faith is knowing one of two things will happen: There will be something solid to stand on, or You will be taught to fly.” - Patrick Overton. If ur part of the CITN community I would love 2 c u 2day & give u a good word. Remember, faith comes by hearing...

Dad and Jonah

"Yes indeed, it won't be long now." God's Decree. "Things are going to happen so fast your head will swim, one thing fast on the heels of the other. You won't be able to keep up. Everything will be happening at once—and everywhere you look, blessings! Blessings like wine pouring off the mountains and hills."
(Amos 9:13 - The Message

Bishop,

Thanks for the blog post, for Monday, yes tests are for real. It drives me to the reality that TESTIMONY comes only after a test. So the challenges many are going through are assuredly driving us towards our testimonies. Once again if your break down TESTIMONIES, there are two words TEST & MONIES. Can i encourage all therefore that with our current economic challenges God will soon give us monies and ways to overcome, for what the world over is going through is not permanent.

Prophet Ezekiel had this to say Eze.12:22-26. Dreams, prophecies and visions were taking long to come to pass. And just like you put it in your last paragraph quoting Amos 9:13, things are going top happen so soon, i take with all violent faith . Let us widen our tents. I mean lets just get out of the tent just like God commanded Abraham.Let just stretch out faith for the violent take it by faith.

Thanks,

Pr. Ben Nadiope

Bishop, I am still listening to Sunday's amazing sermon. And I love helping you keep track...of squirrels...during the services.

You only do that to make sure we're all paying attention ; )
