INTERCESSION IN THE NOW!

Hey bloggers,

This post started out many hours ago as just one word - INTERCESSION. But the anointing for prayer on me today has caused it to evolve into a labor of love, and into something that I think is very important right now, for many reasons. It's very lengthy, and at the time of this addition there are 8 comments already posted; but I'm going to leave it here through tomorrow (which is Body Builders day, by the way), and I would like to get a lot of feedback on it. Please take the time to read it over the next couple of days, and add your AMEN if you are on the page with me...and feel free to add your own personal prayer requests. Let us pray...

I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone— for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. For there is one God and one mediator between God and human beings, Christ Jesus, himself human, who gave himself as a ransom for all people. This has now been witnessed to at the proper time. (I Timothy 2:1-6 – TNIV)

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem! May they prosper who love you [the Holy City]!

(Psalms 122:6 – AMP)

We pray for the conflict between Palestine and Israel, and for many on both sides who are broken and anxious in body, mind and spirit. We pray for a political solution in Israel and Palestine based on truth and justice...for mutual recognition of Palestinians and Israelis, and for reconciliation between the two peoples. We pray for Israelis and Palestinians, and especially their leaders, for a new determination to build bridges of hope rather than fortresses of dogma. We pray for peace activists who courageously stand against injustice, terrorism and human rights violations...for openness and mutual respect among all the Children of Abraham...
Christians, Jews and Muslims. We pray that people all over the world may encourage the people of the Holy Land to make peace.

In the Name of Jesus, the Prince of Peace

Don't read more into this part than is my intention...
I absolutely believe and confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, and that every tongue will eventually believe and confess that, as well, as every knee eventually bows to him in worship ("All the earth shall worship You..." - Psalms 66:4). I believe that as He was lifted up on the cross, He began the process of drawing all peoples to Himself, and that His Spirit will be poured out on all humanity. But in light of what I said about the religions of the world this past Sunday, and because of what is in my spirit today about intercession, I want to post these prayers for peace from various religions (in alphabetical order). I pray that you will hear me by the Spirit, and that you will agree with me today in prayer for our world...

BAHA'I PRAYER FOR PEACE...
...Be generous in prosperity, and thankful in adversity.Be fair in thy judgement, and guarded in thy speech. Be a lamp unto those who walk in darkness, and a home to the stranger. Be eyes to the blind, and a guiding light unto the feet of the erring. Be a breath of life to the body of humankind, a dew to the soil of the human heart, and a fruit upon the tree of humility.

BUDDHIST PRAYER FOR PEACE...
...May all beings everywhere plagued with sufferings of body and mind quickly be freed from their illnesses.May those frightened cease to be afraid, and may those bound be free. May the powerless find power, and may people think of befriending one another. May those who find themselves in trackless, fearful wildernesses— the children, the aged, the unprotected---be guarded by beneficent celestials, and may they swiftly attain Buddhahood.

CHRISTIAN PRAYER FOR PEACE
...
...Blessed are the Peacemakers, for they shall be known as the Children of God. But I say to you that hear, love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who abuse you. To those who strike you on the cheek, offer the other also, and from those who take away your cloak, do not withhold your coat as well. Give to everyone who begs from you, and of those who take away your goods, do not ask them again. And as you wish that others would do to you, do so to them.

HINDU PRAYER FOR PEACE
...
...Oh God, lead us from the unreal to the Real. Oh God, lead us from darkness to light. Oh God, lead us from death to immortality. Shanti, Shanti, Shanti unto all. Oh Lord God almighty, may there be peace in celestial regions. May there be peace on earth. May the waters be appeasing. May herbs be wholesome, and may trees and plants bring peace to all. May all beneficent beings bring peace to us. May thy Vedic Law propagate peace all through the world. May all things be a source of peace to us. And may thy peace itself, bestow peace on all, and may that peace come to me also.

JAINIST PRAYER FOR PEACE...
...Peace and Universal Love is the essence of the Gospel preached by all the Enlightened Ones. The Lord has preached that equanimity is the Dharma. Forgive do I creatures all, and let all creatures forgive me. Unto all have I amity, and unto none enmity. Know that violence is the root cause of all miseries in the world. Violence, in fact, is the knot of bondage.
"Do not injure any living being." This is the eternal, perennial, and unalterable way of spiritual life. A weapon howsoever powerful it may be, can always be superseded by a superior one; but no weapon can, however, be superior to non-violence and love.

JEWISH PRAYER FOR PEACE
...
...Come let us go up to the mountain of the Lord,
that we may walk the paths of the Most High. And we shall beat our swords into ploughshares, and our spears into pruning hooks. Nation shall not lift up sword against nation — neither shall they learn war any more. And none shall be afraid,
for the mouth of the Lord of Hosts has spoken.

MUSLIM PRAYER FOR PEACE
...
...In the name of Allah, the beneficent, the merciful. Praise be to the Lord of the Universe who has created us and made us into tribes and nations, that we may know each other, not that we may despise each other. If the enemy incline towards peace, do thou also incline towards peace, and trust in God, for the Lord is the one that heareth and knoweth all things. And the servants of God, Most Gracious are those who walk on the Earth in humility, and when we address them, we say "PEACE."

NATIVE AFRICAN PRAYER FOR PEACE...
...Almighty God, the Great Thumb we cannot evade to tie any knot; the Roaring Thunder that splits mighty trees: the all-seeing Lord up on high who sees even the footprints of an antelope on a rockmass here on Earth. You are the one who does not hesitate to respond to our call. You are the cornerstone of peace.

NATIVE AMERICAN PRAYER FOR PEACE...
...O Great Spirit of our Ancestors, I raise my pipe to you. To your messengers the four winds, and to Mother Earth who provides for your children. Give us the wisdom to teach our children to love, to respect, and to be kind to each other so that they may grow with peace in mind. Let us learn to share all the good things you provide for us on this Earth.

SHINTO PRAYER FOR PEACE
...
...Although the people living across the ocean surrounding us, I believe, are all our brothers and sisters,
why are there constant troubles in this world? Why do winds and waves rise in the ocean surrounding us? I only earnestly wish that the wind will soon puff away
all the clouds which are hanging over the tops of the mountains.

SIKH PRAYER FOR PEACE
...
...God adjudges us according to our deeds, not the coat that we wear: that Truth is above everything, but higher still is truthful living. Know that we attaineth God when we loveth, and only that victory endures in consequence of which no one is defeated. Know that we attain God when we love, and only that victory endures in consequence of which no one is defeated.

SUFI PRAYER FOR PEACE...
...O Almighty Sun, whose light clears away all clouds, We take refuge in you. Guide of all people, God of all deities, Lord of all angels, We pray you to dispel the mists of illusion from the hearts of the nations And lift their lives by your all-sufficient power, Your ever shining light, your everlasting life, Your heavenly joy and your perfect peace.

ZOROASTRIAN PRAYER FOR PEACE
...
...We pray to God to eradicate all the misery in the world: that understanding triumph over ignorance, that generosity triumph over indifference, that trust triumph over contempt, and that truth triumph over falsehood.

THE ULTIMATE PRAYER FOR PEACE
John, Chapter 17 (John In The Now)

1. After Jesus had finished speaking to his disciples, He looked up toward the infinite sky and said, “Father, the time has come for You to bring glory to Your Son, so that Your Son may glorify You.
2. “You have granted Him full authority over all the people of the earth, and You have given them to Him so that He might give them all eternal life.
3. “And this fulfills the purpose of eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, the manifestation of Your physical presence on the earth.
4. “I brought glory to You in this dimension by doing everything that You told Me to do.
5. “And now, Father, bring Me back into the eternal now, so that I may exist in the glory that We shared before the world began.
6. “I have told these men who have followed Me all about You. Their perception was limited, having been shaped by the current world’s system, but You gave them to Me and now they have been freed from the smallness of their previous mindset by obeying Your word.
7. “They know that everything that I have came from You.
8. “I just told them exactly what You told Me, and it convinced them that I came from You and that You sent Me here.
9. “Right now I am not praying for the whole world, but for those whom You have given to be My followers, because they know that they belong to You.
10. “All that I have is Yours, and all that You have is mine, and the glory of that connection has now included them in its manifestation.
11. “I will no longer remain in this dimension or in this physical incarnation, but they are still in the physical realm of space and time. I am returning to the eternal now to be reintegrated with and in You, but I pray, Holy Father, that You keep through Your name those whom You have given Me. I pray that, even though they continue to live and move in the physical world, they will be able to transcend its finite limitations and be one with each other, even as We are.
12. “While I was with them in the physical world, I kept them safe and intact in Your name. I carefully guarded them, and not one of them was lost to My circle of influence, except for that one who just seemed bent on destruction. But his rebellion only served to fulfill the Scriptures.
13. “I am on My way back into the eternal now, but I want to say these things while I am still in this physical incarnation. If I say these things as the Son of Man, it will make it possible for them to also say these kinds of things, so that they can know the joy of being manifested as Sons of God.
14. “I have told them Your message, but they are hated by those mental prisoners of the world-system, because they don’t belong to that system in any way, just as I don’t.
15. “Father, I don’t ask that you take My followers out of the world, because it would defeat the entire purpose of My coming here if You should allow them to become escapists. I only pray that they be kept safe from the phantom menace.
16. “They are misfits in this world – strangers to its present mindset – just like Me.
17. “So let them find shelter in the truth of Your word; it is the only place where they can live now that they have been with Me.
18. “As You sent Me into this dimension, I am sending them into it – into the fullness of it.
19. “I have given Myself completely for their sake – becoming absolutely absorbed into them – so that they may become absolutely absorbed into the truth.
20. “But I do not pray for these alone…these who know Me as I am, here and now. But I pray for those everywhere and in every dimension of time, including those in the future, who will ultimately believe in Me through their witness and their word.
21. “And I pray that they all may be one in the now...all around this world of yours, not just the ones here in this time and place. Make them all one as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You. Integrate them as You and I are integrated – unified, in harmony, inseparable.
22. “I have actually given them the glory that You gave Me, so that it would be possible for them to be one, even as We are.
23. “I have become one with them in the same way that You are one with Me, so that they may become completely one. This unification – this melding and merging of separate entities into a perfect oneness – is the thing that will ultimately show the whole world that You sent Me. They will all see that You love My followers as much as You love Me.
24. “Father, I truly want everyone You have given Me to be with Me…wherever I am…so that they will see, first-hand, the glory that You have given Me because You loved Me in the now…before the world of space and time was created.
25. “Righteous Father, the people of the world at large don’t know the real You, but I know You, and now the ones who have followed Me know that You sent Me.
26. “And I have revealed You to them and will continue to reveal You through the coming manifestation of the Holy Spirit. I am committed to continuing this revelation so that your love for Me may be in them and that I, Myself, may be in them, as well.”

Touch the screen and let's agree...

"Truly I tell you, whatever you forbid and declare to be improper and unlawful on earth must be what is already forbidden in heaven, and whatever you permit and declare proper and lawful on earth must be what is already permitted in heaven. Again I tell you, if two of you on earth agree (harmonize together, make a symphony together) about whatever [anything and everything] they may ask, it will come to pass and be done for them by My Father in heaven. For wherever two or three are gathered (drawn together as My followers) in (into) My name, there I AM in the midst of them."(Matthew 18:18 - 20 AMP)

Intercession is one of the greatest gifts you can give someone and yourself. When I am in the presents of God, and I pray in the Spirit for others, I receive a sweet calming peace. I may not be able to in the natural take care of someone's problem, but I can pray them thru it or out of it. When the worries of the day have you beat, pray for someone, you will receive the rest and peace you seek. Give the gift of prayer, and with the gift of the Spirit you do not need to get into anyones business, just pray for them. I love you guys, Pamela

I saw some video clips the other day of these guys on snowmobiles, going across this lake riding on the water, not on the ice. Their approach to the water had everything to do with their success to ride the water. If just before hitting the water there was any hesitation, they would sink. They had to know they could do it and then go for it, all out. My prayer for all of us today is that we make a definate move forward to what we know we can do, regardless of what others say or think. I heard someone say once that they would rather be a wet water walker than a dry boat dweller. JUST DO IT.

Amen-Amen-and Amen! It IS our job to pray for those in leadership! Not just those who are leading the country, but all of us who are in leadership, management, and any role of mentoring. It's amazing how you can utilize the CITN teachings within the corporate world. My entire company is based on being in the NOW. Don't think for one second that I don't use everything I have been taught by Bishop to incorporate change within the Spirit that I know flows through here. Even as I type now, this campus is annointed and every leader in this company shall be blessed and without even knowing this....everything they set their hand to will prosper.May our government leaders have the mind of Christ and be led by the Spirit of God when making decisions. May the coaches and mentors that are with our childern influence them to be strong men and women that are world changers. May the WORLD WIDE WEB get utilized to be the antedote that salts the world with a peace message. May everyone that hears the word peace, get hungry for how good it feels to be free. Lord help us to be world changers and speak your word through the Holy Spirit. May the right words come out in order to make influential decisions in all of our walks today.
In JESUS name!
Love to all- Let's have a great day no matter what the current situation looks like- know that you are exactly where you are supposed to be in order to FIND YOUR KEYS and GAIN your testimony!
Peace-lhollow

Great and Awesome God and Father of All; omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent, all loving and unprejudiced. First of all I thank you for Jesus Christ Life, death and resurrection that you have so graciously shared with us All. I Thank you for the gift of the Spirit of Christ that continues in, through and with us All. I pray for your Spirit to work through us in all we say do and think. I thank you for the forgiveness that you have assured us of in the cross of Christ. That when you said “Father forgive them” you spoke of All, then you said “it is finished” Praise God! I come to you this morning in the confidence of this declaration of truth from Him who is the truth. And so I believe and pray for the salvation of the world through Christ. I confidently look forward to the day that every knee will bow and every tongue confesses that Yeshua Messiah is Lord to the Glory of God the Father. Come Lord Jesus, in our lives today, be sovereign.

I pray for those with power and authority over us that we would have grace and favor in their sight. I pray for all the world leaders, for kings and presidents, for governors and rulers or nations, kingdoms and states. I pray for the religious leaders of every religion of the world. I pray that you would give them all wisdom and love for guiding and ruling the people. I pray for Preachers, Evangelist, Teachers, Bishops and Pastors, Hounjans, Iyalorisas, Reverends, Gesheys, Roshis, Deacons, Abunas, Qes' Marigeta,s Dabtarras, Elders, Swamis, Gurus, Gurujis, Shreemans, Dastoors, Grand-Masters, the Pope, Archbishops and wise men. I pray for all those that guide the hearts and minds of the people of the world; that these leaders hearts would be touched by the Holy Spirit of God and Christ to see the light and the Glory of God in the reconciliation of the world through the love of God in Christ Jesus through the Spirit. May their minds be set on peace, grace and love in the Spirit.

I pray this morning for all our individual families; Oh God look upon us all in our individual circumstances of life and have mercy on our condition. Meet the needs of all as you feed the birds of the air. Clothe us with beauty as the lilies of the field. Give us the peace that passes understanding and the mind of Christ that we would have wisdom greater than Solomon. Let us not be anxious or overwhelmed about anything, but cast our care on you because we know you care for us.

I pray for healing of every sort of sickness and disease. In the authority of Christ I command every spirit of infirmity must go. I speak to bodies that they would began to take action against these diseases through the power of the Holy Spirit energizing every cell to carry healing to every part of the Body, empowering every organ to began to function normally, that the marrow of every bone would be given new life as the Spirit or Christ permeates the entire body bringing wholeness and well-being.

I pray for financial blessing, prosperity and promotion to come from all different directions so that we would not be able to keep up with the astonishing growth of our businesses, salaries, income, profits and proceeds. I pray for urgent needs to be met in supernatural ways today and all that are involved and see it would know that it was the goodness and grace of God and You Father would receive honor, glory and praise and Christ Jesus.

In the name of Yeshua Messiah I pray Amen.

Dennis

This little 'pop quiz' came across my cyber waves as a bulletin. Will truly make ya think about the importance of prayer for our leaders. It's long, but play fair & read the whole thing w/out peeking.

Question 1:
If you knew a woman who was pregnant, who had 8 kids already, three who were deaf, two who were blind, one mentally retarded, and she had syphilis, would you recommend that she have an abortion?

Read the next question before looking at the response for this one.

Question 2:
It is time to elect a new world leader, and only your vote counts.
Here are the facts about the three candidates.
Who would you vote for?

Candidate A.
Associates with crooked
politicians, and consults with astrologist. He's had two mistresses. He also chain smokes and drinks 8 to 10 martinis a day.

Candidate B.
He was kicked out of office twice, sleeps until noon, used opium in
college and drinks a quart of whiskey every evening.

Candidate C
He is a decorated war hero.
He's a vegetarian, doesn't smoke, drinks an occasional beer and never cheated on his wife.

Which of these candidates would be our choice?
Decide first... no peeking, then scroll down for the response.

Candidate A is Franklin D. Roosevelt.
Candidate B is Winston Churchill.
Candidate C is Adolph Hitler.

And, by the way, on your answer to the abortion question:
If you said YES, you just killed Beethoven.

Pretty interesting isn't it? Makes a person think before judging someone.

Remember... Amateurs built the ark.
Professionals built the Titanic

Can you imagine working for a company that has a little more
than 500 employees and has the following statistics:

* 29 have been accused of spousal abuse
* 7 have been arrested for fraud
* 19 have been accused of writing bad checks
* 117 have directly or indirectly bankrupted at least 2 businesses
* 3 have done time for assault
* 71 cannot get a credit card due to bad credit
* 14 have been arrested on drug-related charges
* 8 have been arrested for shoplifting
* 21 are currently defendants in lawsuits
* 84 have been arrested for drunk driving in the last year...

Can you guess which organization this is?
Give up yet?

It's the 535 members of the United States Congress.

The same group that crank out hundreds of new laws each year designed to keep the rest of us in line.

Hhhhmmm... makes ya think, doesn't it? (I am assuming that the stats are correct... ya never quite know with the internet)

Peace...

Bishop,
I am not surprised that yesterday that same verse was on my heart as I had posted. As I said when we spoke I know I am in the flow with you spiritually as we very often are synergized in thought and spirit. The Body of Christ functions perfectly. This proves once again that you truly are my Bishop in the flow of Gods Spirit.

Peace,
Dennis

Amen to praying for peace not only in other nations but right here at home which is turning into a war zone. I know that God is in control and that nothing happens that he is not aware. I thank him that his will be done as I pray in the spirit for world peace.

Hello ALL,

Amazing unity in the blog prayers today, Bishop. Setting my heart in agree-ee-ment!

Will catch up on the last few days in a sec but right now, lhollow, I'm believing that I am and have been where I'm supposed to be. It's a challenge when an internet connection requires a kite and a key or family doings require visits to the emergency room. ITB and ITS were BOTH an impossibility this weekend, but it's all God. Has to be or I would have SERIOUS attitude issues (smile)!

Had an opportunity yesterday, dgm2007, to share with a niece about recognizing a call to intercession. Cool stuff.

word ver: outnqig--"out gig"--for real? well, okay.

Good to be back in the wi-fi zone! Missed y'all.

Blessed are the peacemakers! So nice to be getting freed up of judgmentalism.

Couple of songs going through my head: Herman's Hermits cover of "There's a Kind of Hush"...all over the world...the sound of lovers in love. What the world needs now is love, sweet love.
Call on your brother when you need a friend...we all need somebody to lean on. All so true. There is safety in a MULTITUDE of counselors, God speaks through donkeys for goodness sakes, why not people of other faiths.

Elle- just a side note about the stats about congress, mostly unverifiable urban legend stuff. Although I'm sure our congress is no better or worse than the people who elect them- "A government of the people, by the people and for the people..." as Abraham Lincoln said at Gettysburg. We have only ourselves to blame for the ills that go on in gov't largely because Christians have stuck their collective heads in the sand and been non-participatory! Hopefully that will change!

Blessings to all!

Larry

It's amazing how close the prayers for peace are, yet how religion divides HIS people.

Interesting statement "elle"!

I wonder if the Religious leaders ever took a moment to compare their similarities. Is it that simple? I never knew that is for sure, but I'm so glad we have Bishop to stretch our minds. Thank you Lord for your ambassador(Bishop) of the truth that allows us to have a mind of our own, and allows us to see the beautiful colors of the world- YOUR world Lord.May we embrace our differences and come together in your name, regardless of what our tongues call you Lord. Beautiful blog Bish!
Ok, B2W- I'm not busy today, hence the blogsss. LOL
*Will you sing "The Annointing"* :)

I am on the same page with you and commend you for having the strength of mind to include prayers for peace from those various relious groups.

There is way too much flowing through my mind right now to pen it properly. Hopefully I will make an intelligent comment by tomorrow.

For right now the Sihk prayer seems to stand out to me second to the ultimate prayer for unity.

Oh, MY!!!
GREAT shots, Bish! Wow...
The gazillion pictures that you all must have taken would make an incredible scrapbook! Somehow, I was picturing Debye all in a black robe thing with only her face peeking out (shows how much I know). Did she ever have to do that?
Really beautiful post today!

She never had to actually wear a burka as it turned out...just had to cover her head with a scarf in some places (and cover her arms and legs)...

Okay, sometimes I even impress myself with my eloquence... 'black robe thing'?!?!?
'Burka' just didn't want to surface today ;O

Love John's prayer for peace especially #10, what I have is yours-what you have is mine....so that about wraps up my personal prayer requests. I embrace the prayers for peace from each religion/culture represented. God is a God of reconciliation and I have to believe that if someone is praying any prayer and God created it all and created them all that it will still reach His ears and be done as is His will. When my nail salon guy has issues in his body I pray for him in the name of Jesus and in the name of Buddah because his faith and mine connect that way -he does't know my Jesus except through me so when I throw in his Buddah he opens his ears...works for me. I don't think God really cares- like you say-Jesus is a big boy and he can take care of himself.

Bless God-uh! A woman shouldn't have to be told to cover up-uh! If she's uh where she oughta be uh, she'll hear the Spirit tellin' her to cover up-uh!
Just kidding! Cool pictures. Would like to see more.
While reading the peace prayers it's easy to see that just about everybody in the world really wants to live in peace. Who wouldn't?
I have just about concluded, as possibly incorrectly, that it might not be so much religion itself that is causing the infection, but the talking heads that keep the pot stirred that won't allow peace. From what I read, peace seems to be the goal of the "organizations" it is the leadership that is getting in the way.
It sure is nice to "Imagine" a world where peace rules.

Donald said...

And by the way, have any of you folks read Dennis's post about Free Will? Good stuff.

Love today's prayer...especially the prayers that highlight different religions. Last year I got this revelation, that's caused me to embrace the theory of Yin & Yang. It's interesting how this concept of dark & light - opposite forces creating a harmonious synergy -has seeped into or should I say out of me. I see it reflected in my image & in my relationships (old & new).
It's caused me to say, “Why not?” What a paradigm shift!
What Peace!
Without the Holy Ghost, I’m just clueless!
Quiver, Shake & Quake, Baby!

Knowing how unhappy people can be when they have totally different opinions and can't see eye to eye or seemingly can't agree on anything is very sad to me. My heart's desire is to see people come together. World peace is such a big task to undertake, but it can be as simple as two people agreeing to see the other person's perspective. Nations are made up of individual people. Seeing the situation from someone else's eyes can help create peace in a small corner of the world, whether it's mother and daughter, father and son, or husband and wife. Just two or three people allowing Jesus Christ to influence their heart and their minds so they can empathize with each other, can create peace. As each person connects with another small group of two or three, expansion takes place and eventually, we can reach neighborhoods, communities, cities, states, countries, nations and the world.

Thinking about world peace is too overwhelming, but loving my neighbor is a lot easier. Making peace with a disgruntled neighbor is within my reach. Through prayer, the Holy Spirit will work on the hearts of people and help us all attain an attitude and heart for peace and harmony.

We are instruments of God's peace. Some are called to do greater works in the overall scheme of peace making: Bishop and Pastor Debye. But, we all have a part to play and if we can do nothing else, we can pray for the nations and the leaders of the nations.

May flower

Bishop, I bless you because you have went there again, a whole 'nother level'. I knew you and P. Debye would but Intercession in the Now! How 'bout we are studying intercession, entering into deep intercession a couple of times a week (for every issue the Holy spirit gives us) pertaining to CITN, Jerusalem, the war, the presidential race, missions, our youth and the such but we are know to pray for the globe.

What an excellent opportunity to practice our dominion and to do greater things..than Jesus.

Sometimes when the holy spirit moves like he did on Sunday, there is so much. I am full actually and need to allow the meat to digest. The spirit of the Lord is upon me...Rev. Dennis gave two great scriptures of the holy spirit coming upon Jesus. He is upon the Church in the now! The redeemed of the Lord says so!

Pastor Debye admonishment pertaining to the $100, well that means for those of us who isn't making a grand a week, that causes us to put a demand of our finances to make at least $1,000 weekly, so we press...It challenges us and gives us a goal and it is doable in Him. In Christ we stand...

The prophetic word about millionaire status, everyone I know is talking about the "affluence" (the flow) and being sick and tired of being distracted by just getting the bills paid. So, I received that prophecy as it bears witness with my spirit. I believe that I receive when I pray.

The power packed intercession of Pastor Mercy, Brother Fritz and Pastor Enrique to pray in their native tonque was electrifying...we felt the anointing. And the demand you put on them and the response to the call...

I know that we as ambassadors of Christ, ministers of the gospel are all intercessors in our own right..however many are called but few are choosen. I think we have to choose to be choosen and to want to take the time to prayer, fervently and sometimes sacrificially. I believe true intercession is work and sacrifice but very very necessary for the breaththrough we all need.

Intercession will be a spiritual key that will unlock mysteries as we build ourselves up on our most holy faith.

The pictures are awesome...intercession truly does connect hearts.

It is all God!

Amen to all of your prayers, Bishop. I am in total agreement.

It's a wonderful time to be alive, to experience love and to seek God...even in the face of ant hills that promote themselves as mountains and small figures that pretend to be giants...(He did say it was a finished work)...

So happy to have you and Debye back.

Rest easy.

Yes and Amen.

All of these prayers and many more display the worship of the Anointed One , The Christ, The Experience with some different letters used, the Spirit speaks. It is clear, all knees have bowed, all tongues confessed - that Faithful and True, The Impossible to Completely Name in our current limited state, The One that all things exist through, is The Beginning and The End, What Was, What Is, and What Will Be , always has been, always is , and always will be, in every tongue from every tribe – confessed and worshipped. Praise God , It has always been a done deal.

Who believes these prayers and others of the same Spirit, regardless of the letters, are who Jesus prayed to God for in John 17, we are all one, we were, are and will be. The Anointed One has given us the glory that God gave Faithful and True. -- Halel to Jah ! The Christ has already become one with ALL of us, merging and melding us. The Love of The Creator for The Anointed One, is in ALL of us, as it is in The Anointed One, and The Christ is within us ALL. -- Yes Lord !

Jesus’ prayers (John 17 as one)is experienced in every moment. It is being walked out, The Word is ALL flesh. -- Yes and Amen.

Yesterday I left a brief post that required a second verification word. Sometimes those speak to me as this one did. It was (coeqlozm). The thought, almost as loud in my mind as a spoken word by someone else, said all who speak, pray and in any way promote peace are coequal of Zion’s Messiah. That was immediately met with resistance from my typical rationalizing mind so I sent my spirit to investigate.

The best confirmation of that word is that each prayer for peace listed contains elements that are germane to the unity prayer of Christ. All who pursue peace are the same as the Sons of God the earth is waiting for as mentioned in Romans 8.

Perhaps a better way for us to view ourselves is the same as a beloved messenger of peace coming from the Deity (no matter what the prejudice of our limited mind says) that is represented by each religion we ever come in contact with. In pursuit of true peace, if we learn as much about another person’s religion as we know about our own, we will find there is very little if any difference in our collective desire for mutual peace and good will. That desire is resident in all from before the beginning.

It is not a step down but a step upward to see ourselves as equal to the message of peace riding on the zephyr that refreshes the souls of those upon whom it touches no matter what direction that peaceful breeze is coming from.

Even though my soul is satisfied that it has received its Messiah, if I see that another is still looking for their Messiah, it is incumbent on me to be as much a part of bringing that Messiah to them as one can do with their life.

Can I be a Messiah to both Jew and Greek, bond and free, male and female? If not a Messiah, then at best I can be a messenger from that Messiah if I know enough about that religion to speak from the common ground that is present in my own faith.

Holy Ghost is that common ground as it can be plainly seen in any prayer for peace offered to the greatest form of one’s Deity regardless of their expression to or description of that Deity.

It is therefore my prayer; Holy Ghost let me ride upon Your breath as it is blown gently through the pipe of peace from the dimension of Heaven where perfect peace eternally dwells into this dimension where I am learning to understand the greatness of Love. Let all who are touched by me know that they have been touched by You. Bring our souls together in unity that we may perform the greatest of works ever performed on this earth. Let our collective meditations and deeds please God most high, Amen.

Each one of these prayers and petitions for peace are so close in content they could probably be written without break or distinction and make perfect sense.
That really shows the collective conscious desire for mankind to live in harmony, peace and unity.
As I have said before, I believe global peace is possible. I also believe with DBA, as he stated in a former post, that peace, in some cases, may be attained only by the flexing of muscles, and not by appeasement or dialogue only.
My desire is that a generation will arise though, who realize war is not the answer and seeks to collaborate with those who we see in our generation as opponents until opposition is a thing of the past.
True and lasting peace can be possible when the collective consciousness agrees in the connectedness of all humanity. When all the walls that separate are destroyed. When we no longer feel the necessity to qualify our belief in order to embrace another’s to avoid
misunderstanding. When we awaken to the fact no one is superior to the other because of race, creed, religion, sex, or National origin. When we really understand, embrace, and live the fact we are one.

I HAVE MISSED YOU GUYS! This last class was about to push me over the edge. A lot of research, papers and presentations. I averaged about 2-4 hours of sleep a night. I am taking a coupke weeks off to sleep and get some work done around the house.

Enough rambling -

The prayers brought tears to my eyes. How similar they all were! God has been with us since before the foundations of the earth so His very essence flows across the earth and into people's hearts. They may not even know it is there but they hear something that sounds familiar to what is already there and they latch onto it. I am the first to tell you I despise religion and the breaks that it causes among people. However, the love of God is shed abroad in all of our hearts - Muslim, Jew, Hindu, etc. Religion stems from the interpretation of that love but it is still love. Hate, I believe, comes from within our own inadequacies that we turn into judgments against someone else. "You are not like me, you are different, so you are wrong." We really need to look past what we think someone should be like, be what God wants US to be and let Him sort it out. The Word says, "Every knee will bow." Many are already bowing to Him but calling Him another name and He has many names. We have no way of seeing the world as He sees it. The very person you are pointing a finger at maybe the next usherer in of the Holy Ghost - you just don't know. I have learned so much about the person of God in the last year and I am understanding more and more about how we should be quick to forgive and slow to judge. We have no way of knowing what a person is delaing with unless we open ourselves up to listen, share, pray and love. Greg had the unexpected opportunity to witness to a co-worker who said he was an atheist. To sum it up, Greg said it is about faith, it is just a book (the Bible) but it is the faith behind the book that makes it real. You don't have to see it to know it is there. We will see where it goes. He may have just planted a seed and somebody else will pluck it up. He agreed to disagree and left it alone but I believe he made the man think a lot more.

I hope I didn't talk in circles too much - still a little punch drink from all the hours spent lately in front of this thang! Love to you all! Glad to be back for awhile.

Happy Birthday Mom Swilley! Congratulations Judah! It overwhelms me to think I have had you from preschool all the way up to now. HOW VERY COOL IS THAT????

Argh! I completely forgot to mention the Sunday service. I streamed as I up until nearly 3:00 AM finishing up my LAST paper for that class! WOO-HOO!

THE SERVICE WAS AMAZING, ANOINTED, AWESOME! An idea for one service would be to have those people that have a native language all up on stage as you are preaching and having them interpret. I know it would make for a long sermon but how incredible it would be to have Bishop's and the Holy Ghost's words going out in multiple languages at a time. The praying blew me away. I do not now think Kim Clement's cancellation and return for after the Israel trip was coincidental. With a prophet in the house, the international community being brought to the forefront, we are being prepared to preach to the nations. The difference being, the nations are coming to us. The world is at our doorstep and begging to be let in. We are going to swing our doors wide and far to let them all in. Maybe, just maybe, we were expecting our chairs to be filled from the community and God is saying He is going to fill them from the world.

Bishop,
Just adding my amen, and looking forward to the word tonight!

The picture of you baptizing others actually made my eyes water. What an honor. Did you ever think in your whole life that you would be BAPTIZING in the Jordan!? Wow!...and with such a diverse group of people and religious background?

Truly a work of God.

God bless!-Karl

Your comment was, to say the least, profound.
You have very keen insight as to our role and purpose as sons and daughters of God. That is, to help others realize their potential and purpose as fellow sons and daughters of God, no matter who or what they call Him/Her. I percieve a strong sense of connectedness in your post and your desire to enlighten others to that fact.

Your ending prayer should be copied and meditated upon everyday by everyone. Those words could never become ritual but would be new each day.
I believe, as you wrote, you tapped into the collective minds of those who really desire unity, enlightenment, and a desire for consiliation among those of different ideas and beliefs.

You may have written stuff here before and I did'nt see it. But if not, I hope you write some more.

Peace to You,
PM

I can't believe those people were at that baseball game actually drinking beer. I mean those things are over six bucks a piece there. They don't need to worry about going to hell, they need to worry about going broke.

Ok...I'm back.

Yesterday and Today...praying for ALL to ALL..and even to the unknown. Today I have been meditating on the world..(while taking the kids to swim lessons and library)

Even at the library they have a little show on Weds. for the kids. I asked what was for today, because last Weds. it was about ladybugs. (Which is over 6,000 different kinds.)Learn something new everyday. Today; a guy was playing different percussion instruments.(ALL from around the WORLD)

Can't even tell you what I was thinking? It was a very AWWW moment. To hear those different sounds and to know that God gave us all different instruments to play and to Worship him!!

I pray for all faiths to come together..to sing, dance, praise, shout, rejoice
For "How Great is our God"

The song by Martina Mcbride "Anyway"...I can't get that one out of my head..(but, I'll do it Anywayyyyyy) here's the lyrics.

You can spend your whole life building
Something from nothin'
One storm can come and blow it all away
Build it anyway

You can chase a dream
That seems so out of reach
And you know it might not ever come your way
Dream it anyway

God is great
But sometimes life ain't good
And when I pray
It doesn't always turn out like I think it should
But I do it anyway
I do it anyway

This world's gone crazy
It's hard to believe
That tomorrow will be better than today
Believe it anyway

You can love someone with all your heart
For all the right reasons
In a moment they can choose to walk away
Love 'em anyway

God is great
But sometimes life ain't good
And when I pray
It doesn't always turn out like I think it should
But I do it anyway
I do it anyways

You can pour your soul out singing
A song you believe in
That tomorrow they'll forget you ever sang
Sing it anyway
Yea - sing it anyway

I sing
I dream
I love
OH Anyway

I'll just leave it at that!! Love'em anyway......Love ya ALL.

L.W.

P.S. Great Word, Bishop!! Thanks

To me, it's very moving to read all these prayers from "religions" that, on the surface, seem so different. But if the snake that bites you is "religion," then, based on the words of those prayers, the antidote is also in its mouth: peace, love, unity... The fire of the Spirit is required to boil the poison down to its elemental healing properties, but they're all already in there. You're so on the right track, Bish!

HELLO BLOG FAMILY FROM MY UNIT AT THE HOSPITAL. I REALLY ENJOYED THE BODY BUILDER'S CLASS YESTERDAY. I HAVE BEEN LONGING TO GO BUT ALWAYS WORKED THE PREVIOUS NIGHT AND NEEDED TO SLEEP IN THE MORNING. BUT SOME HOW I WAS OFF TUES NIGHT WHICH ENABLED ME TO ATTEND THE BODY BUILDER'S CLASS. I ENJOYED THE FELLOWSHIP WITH OTHER MINISTERS AND THE WORDS WERE REALLY FOR MATURED EARS. I AM STILL DIGESTING IT SLOWLY AND GOD IS BROADENING MY MIND. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND ALL THAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING INSIDE OF ME FROM LISTENING TO BISHOP BUT I DO KNOW THAT IT FEELS GOOD AND IS TRANSFORMING ME POSITIVELY. I AM LIKE SOMEONE UNDER A GREAT LIGHT WITH FLASHES OF NEW INSIGHT TO THE THINGS OF GOD. AS MINISTERS OF GOD, WE REALLY NEED THIS KIND OF FELLOWSHIP SO WE CAN DRAW FROM EACH OTHER. CONTRIBUTING TO BISHOP'S INTERCESSION ON THE BLOG, I AM APPEALING TO US TO REMEMBER TO PRAY FOR THE SICK, ESPECIALLY CHRISTIANS. IT'S A DIFFERENT BALL GAME HERE. BE REMINDED THAT THE EFFECTUAL HEARTFELT PRAYERS OF THE RIGHTEOUS WILL MAKE WAY FOR THEIR HEALING.THEY REALLY, REALLY NEED OUR PRAYERS.
ALSO AS I WAS THINKING ABOUT INTERCESSION, I WAS ABLE TO SEE THAT GOD HAS GIVEN US THE GREATEST POWER TO LIVE BY AND THAT IS THE POWER OF AGREEMENT. BUT THE ENEMY OF OUR SOULS DOES NOT WANT US TO AGREE SO THE SPIRIT OF DISAGREEMENT IS ALL OVER THE PLACE. BUT PRAYERS CAN SHAPE US AND TAME US. THE MEN OF OLD LIVED BY PRAYER, ABRAHAM, MOSES, ELIJAH, ELISHA, PAUL, PETER ETC. THAT WAS WHY THEY DID MIGHTY WORKS FOR GOD. BUT TODAY MOST CHRISTIANS DO NOT LIKE TO PRAY. WE SETTLE BENEATH WHAT GOD HAS PROMISED. JESUS CONSTANTLY PRAYED DURING HIS MINISTRY AND HE WAS FORTIFIED WITH POWER AND GLORY. ALL THE BATTLES I FOUGHT AND WON IN MY LIFE IS BY PRAYER. STILL I FEEL LIKE I AM NOT PRAYING ENOUGH. WHEN WE FAIL TO PRAY, WE FAIL TO ASSESS GOD'S SUPERNATURAL FLOW. PEOPLE ARE SO MUCH IN DARKNESS AND OUR STREETS FLOODING WITH THE BLOOD OF OUR YOUTHS. THE JAIL IS FILLED UP WITH OUR YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN DUE TO CRIME. GOD IS LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO STAND IN THE GAP. CAN WE ALL SAY HERE WE ARE LORD?. LET YOUR KINGDOM COME ON EARTH AS IT IS HEAVEN AND FORGIVE OUR LACK OF PRAYER. LOVE MERCY

Note to Peacemaker from Jesus Brother aka JB:

Thank you for your aknowledgement, the stroke felt nice and I sincerely recieve it as a compliment. However you must know that for me to write with that kind of anointing it is needful for me to have a catylyst such as that provided by this blog. Others and most especially Bishop Jim are that spark that starts my engine.

To be a Jesus Brother one must have a concept of Jesus. Mine is primarily relative to Bishop Jim and includes an extreeeeemly large number of other persons that have influenced my journey in this present state of consciousness.

Once again, thank you peacemaker and you too are high on my list of spiritual progenerators.
