New Attitude!

Strip yourselves of your former nature [put off and discard your old unrenewed self]which characterized your previous manner of life and becomes corrupt through lusts and desires that spring from delusion; and be CONSTANTLY RENEWED
in the spirit of your mind [having a fresh mental and spiritual ATTITUDE]; and put on the new nature (the regenerate self) created in God’s image, [Godlike] in true righteousness and holiness. (Ephesians 4:22-24 AMP)

Today I will live in the now! I will live in the now because my world-view is “other-worldly,” and my attitude transcends the accepted norm of the natural realm. Today I will RENOUNCE ALL COUNTERPRODUCTIVE ALLEGIANCE TO CULTURAL TRADITION. I am born-again—not of this cosmos (world system)—and I am not obliged to just go along with the crowd in my opinions and perspectives. Christ has given me the power and authority to go against the tide and to swim upstream, if necessary.

Today I will RE-EXAMINE ANY BELIEF THAT I HAVE IN STEREOTYPES, dealing with each individual in my life individually, giving them the benefit of the doubt before pre-judging them in any way. My attitude is predisposed to know people after the spirit and not after the flesh, in honor of Christ’s development of the New Creation Species.

Today I will RE-EVALUATE MY CONCEPT OF SUCCESS and will attempt to define it from God’s vantage point.

Today I will RETHINK MY DEVOTION TO ANCESTRY. I will praise my parents, be faithful to my family and honor my heritage, but I will not feel bound to be limited to their level of learning or to the laws leading their lifestyle.

Today I will RECONSIDER THE EXPLANATION THAT I USUALLY GIVE FOR MY LIFE CIRCUMSTANCES. I will take full responsibility for my own life choices and their consequences and will accept the appropriate criticism without receiving condemnation, as well as the appropriate praise without becoming puffed up with pride.

Today I will REJECT ANY LATENT FEAR OF CHANGE that may be resident in my soul, keeping an open mind and an open heart.

Today I will REINFORCE MY GRASP OF REALITY by allowing God’s Word to be the final authority in my life, and today I will live in the now!

Father, help me to function with a new attitude today. In Jesus’ name, amen.

“New Attitude!”
I like that!
It sound like something each of us should “Aim” for.
A “ brand New Attitude.” Not only on this earthly realm, also in the Spirit realm too.
Today, I was in two different kinds of discussions in two different topics.
The first one was about Politics. My sister- in-law, asked P.Ben, between Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. Which one does he thinks is more qualified to stand against John McCain, when the Democratic Party make their choice Nomination.
My sister-in- law said she believes Obama is more qualify than Hillary, to be considered for the nomination. Pastor Ben said the only thing he’s going say about the whole thing is this: who ever can bring peace, between (US), and other Country he (P.Ben) that’s who he’ll vote for. My brother said he’ll vote for Obama, not because he believes obama is more qualified than Hillary, No! It’s only Obama comes with something entirely new. He said lets make a change. I said this election is more spiritual than any of us think it is. I believe Hillary’s running is not an accident. (Like you said many times before Bishop stop looking in the natural, but in the Spiritual.) Too me I believe the Lord allowed Hillary to still be in the running for men eyes to be open, or the same thing can be happening like the days of Deborah (O.T.) times.
So, we as intercessors it is time for us to stop and look at the chance God is giving to us to pray for the right person to be in charge in the white house. Let us make this Election number one of our many primary prayer points, during this Election times. Amen!

The second discussion was how many of us committed sins towards our Heavenly Creator.
The person said many of us, including him have committed this sin everyday of our lives. And he said now, everyday he asked the Lord to forgive him. When I asked him what was the sin we committed with a low voice, he said to me don’t put your voice down, because you don’t think of how you’ve sin. He said to me, when you don’t put to use the abilities, God has created you with, than you sin. When God created the world, God’s made five things. With one of those five things, which are us. He has Aim His greatness, His ability, His wisdom, His knowledge, His understanding inside of us, but only a third of us used what are in us to do good for ourselves. The rest of us still waiting for Him (God) to say: waiting on Me. Or, we say I don’t think He wants me “to be with money, because money’s a curse. Why do we Christians (Believers) do that? Is it because we don’t have enough faith on God? Or maybe on the wisdom, the knowledge, or maybe the capability He has entrusted us with? What is it do we know? Do you want to find out with me?

Bishop this word is right on times for me. Because when the Elder was talking last night, I’ve realized he’s speaking the truth at least to me.
Like Ms Patti Labelle said “I have a New Attitude”. I decided I Am going to have A New Attitude from my head to shoes know where I'm goin' and I know what to do I tidied up my point of view I got a New Attitude, concerning my Spiritual walk with the Lord. I am going to make that change, starting with the woman in the mirror! Which is Me. Kettly

Gooooooood Morning V-Bloggers !!!!!!!

What an absolutely gorgeous day !!! Hi Peacemaker, thanks for the intro to the artist and especially the song “I saw God today” . Yes….

Bishop, welcome home, although you are never a stranger in any house.

New Attitude--- Yes, yes, yes. To me lately, it is not a brand new attitude, but a renewed and further invigorated attitude. These last several weeks, I have had wonderful dreams, they are usually good, but these have been most wonderful. They have involved repeatedly the people I know, me, and then everything. The point in this setting is CITN- Bishop, the Local body, The message, and all that we touch. Over and over, different pieces , materials, forming together. A jigsaw puzzle, that seems impossible – then the pieces fit, and the picture is … :”Peace and Yes” . Then colors that conflict, then blend – sounds that are a disjointed, then laughter, symphony – steering that is out of control, then smooth - static then clarity - blurred then clear – and last night, almost too much. Flavors scents, smells, textures. At first, it seemed none of them fit, the oven burning, the pot over boiling, the skillet smoking, - then everything stopped. I could smell the combination, from a bag. The aroma sparked appetite , the little taste watered the mouth, the texture smooth- I opened my eyes, and saw the cornucopia, and heard the ‘yes and Amen’. It is . How satisfying.

We, all that are connected in any way, and each to our own point, are blessed and favored beyond any measure we know. It covers us all, and dreams, visions, songs, poems, thoughts, blogs, wishes, dance, and message. We know more everyday, as we listen with clearer ears, with our Grasp of Reality strengthened and sharpened every day – Praise God.

Two great words needed to hear.
Time to bring the dream back to LIFE!!!
Ran the dream hot

Bishop,Welcome Home! It's so good to have you back. The word today, on the blog and ITB were so timely. I always love when membres of our congregation pray or praise God in their native language (FYI Mrcoolcat: Coca-Cola and Hallelujah are the only two words that translate the same in EVERY Language). I used to look at the news and see the calamity and mayhem around me and think the planet was a lost cause and God would have to destroy it and start from scratch, but maybe the destruction won't be a physical one, but where ideologies, ideas, isms are destroyed and the Holy Spirit will rebuild it with us, one person at a time. Kettly after reading your post I had to post the lyrics to this song (any one else surprised that Andrae Crouch, and The Winans were on this song? I know I was)

"Man in the Mirror" by Michael Jackson

Written and Composed by Siedah Garrett and Glen Ballard.

I'm gonna make a change, for once in my life
It's gonna feel real good, gonna make a difference
Gonna make it right...

As I, turn up the collar on my favorite winter coat
This wind is blowin' my mind
I see the kids in the street, with not enough to eat
Who am I, to be blind? Pretending not to see their needs
A summer's disregard, a broken bottle top
And a one man's soul
They follow each other on the wind ya' know
'Cause they got nowhere to go
That's why I want you to know

I'm starting with the man in the mirror
I'm asking him to change his ways
And no message could have been any clearer
If you wanna make the world a better place
(If you wanna make the world a better place)
Take a look at yourself, and then make a change
(Take a look at yourself, and then make a change)
(Na na na, na na na, na na, na nah)

I've been a victim of a selfish kind of love
It's time that I realize
That there are some with no home, not a nickel to loan
Could it be really me, pretending that they're not alone?

A willow deeply scarred, somebody's broken heart
And a washed-out dream
(Washed-Out dream)
They follow the pattern of the wind, ya' see
Cause they got no place to be
That's why I'm starting with me
(Starting with me!)

I'm starting with the man in the mirror
(Ooh!)
I'm asking him to change his ways
(Ooh!)
And no message could have been any clearer
If you wanna make the world a better place
(If you wanna make the world a better place)
Take a look at yourself and then make a change
(Take a look at yourself and then make a change)

I'm starting with the man in the mirror
(Ooh!)
I'm asking him to change his ways
(Change his ways-Ooh!)
And no message could've been any clearer
If you wanna make the world a better place
(If you wanna make the world a better place)
Take a look at yourself and then make that...
(Take a look at yourself and then make that...)
Change!

I'm starting with the man in the mirror,
(Man in the mirror-Oh yeah!)
I'm asking him to change his ways
(Better change!)
No message could have been any clearer
(If you wanna make the world a better place)
(Take a look at yourself and then make the change)
(You gotta get it right, while you got the time)
('Cause when you close your heart)
You can't close your... your mind!
(Then you close your... mind!)
That man, that man, that man, that man
With that man in the mirror
(Man in the mirror, oh yeah!)
That man, that man, that man
I'm asking him to change his ways
(Better change!)
You know... That man
No message could have been any clearer
If you wanna make the world a better place
(If you wanna make the world a better place)
Take a look at yourself and then make a change
(Take a look at yourself and then make a change)
Hoo! Hoo! Hoo! Hoo! Hoo!
Na na na, na na na, na na, na nah
(Oh yeah!)
Gonna feel real good now!
Yeah yeah! Yeah yeah! Yeah yeah!
Na na na, na na na, na na, na nah
(Ooooh...)
Oh no, no no...
I'm gonna make a change
It's gonna feel real good!
Come on!
(Change...)
Just lift yourself
You know
You've got to stop it. Yourself!
(Yeah!-Make that change!)
I've got to make that change, today!
Hoo!
(Man in the mirror)
You got to
You got to not let yourself...
Brother...
Hoo!
(Yeah!-Make that change!)
You know-I've got to get that man, that man...
(Man in the mirror)
You've got to
You've got to move! Come on! Come on!
You got to...
Stand up! Stand up! Stand up!
(Yeah-Make That Change)
Stand up and lift yourself, now!
(Man in the mirror)
Hoo! Hoo! Hoo!
Aaow!
(Yeah-Make that change)
Gonna make that change... come on!
(Man in the mirror)
You know it!
You know it!
You know it!
You know...
(Change...)
Make that change

Bishop and Pastor Debye, it is evident that the Holy Ghost effected you two deeply this past week and we are honored to hear (with spiritual ears) what you are speaking to our spirit. Holy Spirit we thank you for the prophetic word that flowed today from your son, your prophet and we receive that wealth, that dominion, that power your prohesied to us on today. The prophesy bore witness with my spirit and is a confirmation.

It is not by chance that those called to the pulpit were powerful intercessors of the house was called to the stage to pray in their native tongue. And to the other intercessors in the house, I encourage you to pray (stand in the gap) more than ever because clearly we are the affluent (in God's flow) and our prayers are the difference that make the difference.

God's presence today can't be put in words, so we just again, bless you God and announce to the Holy Spirit He is welcome to do whatever He wants to do in our lives, forever and ever and to declare that eyes have not seen, nor have ears heard nor has it entered into the hearts of man what God has in store for those who love him!

Get braced!

It's all God!

Bish & P Debye,

So glad you two are home safe and sound. Tears welled in my eyes several times this morning just contemplating the experiences that you both had this past week. You are truly chosen! Personally, I would be a bit petrified to travel to that part of the world, but that's what makes some of us leaders and others intercessors. You two are people-friendly world changers... proven by the favor that you are walking in. Awesome!

Debye, I assume you read this blog, and I just want to say a big thank you for the props this morning. My artwork is (generally speaking) intensely personal to me, and I'm humbled and honored that you would mention it.

Joe is waiting for me, so I'll try to blog more later. Gotta go...
